Es hat etwa 30cm Schnee. Für Zustieg und Schlucht sind Grödel nötig. Alle Stände sind trotz Eis gut erreichbar. Hat Spass gemacht 😜 Zum Hochfahren Ketten mitnehmen.
There is about 30cm of snow. Grödel poles are required for access and canyons. All stands are easily accessible despite the ice. It was fun 😜 Take chains with you for the ascent.

Wonderful beautiful canyon! One of the very very best ones! 🤩🥰 Loooved it! Great team as well’ For sure only for confirmed canyoneers. No ice. All ankers ok. And new bolt on the orographic left side after the C30 where it opens up again, there were the crack under the waterfall is. You can awoid rappeling too much in the waterbeam now. Stay safe’ 😌

A very interesting canyon when the flow is good. We approached it from the Varen alp. It can also be reached from the Gemmipass. Longest pitch: 85 m. A few points were doubled this day, but otherwise the equipment was more than adequate! The inferior part (after Larschi) still has some rappels. Thanks to the openers of this little Upper Valais beauty!

Sehr schöne Schlucht - wie in den Begehungen zuvor sehr viel Geschiebe. Stände sind ok - ein Stand ist "anzuklettern" bzw. mit "Räuberleiter" erreichbar. Alle anderen normal zu erreichen.
Very nice canyon - as in the previous ascents, a lot of debris. Stands are ok - one stand can be "climbed" or reached with a "robber's ladder". All others can be reached normally.

Beautiful single sections. The last 3 waterfalls are also worthwhile. Then directly left in the forest steeply up or right over walls out and on path between houses up.

Equipement ok. Approche en 1h30 avec dépose bateau depuis la plage de Agelada. Nikolas +306984508105. On s'est un peu perdu en chemin à moîs de 100m du canyon, les kerns avaient disparu et en regardant la carte sur Avenza maps, nous étions 50m trop bas... Bizarre... Kerns er points bleus retrouvés ensuite, Peut être avons nous suivi le chemin de retour du canyon ? Sinon canyon magnifique, avec une vue splendide. Attention dans le mur de 50-50 (avant le relai final et après le gros mur), le second relai est rive gauche....
Equipment ok. Approach in 1h30 with boat drop off from Agelada beach. Nikolas +306984508105. We got a bit lost on the way, about 100m from the canyon, the kerns had disappeared and looking at the map on Avenza maps, we were 50m too low... Strange... Kerns and blue dots found again later, maybe we followed the way back from the canyon? Otherwise magnificent canyon, with a splendid view. Be careful in the 50-50 wall (before the final relay and after the big wall), the second relay is on the left bank....

Un canyon qui pourrait être joli mais les intestins laissés en décoration et le bois gâchent un peu l'atmosphère. Les ancrages sont vieux, se méfier cependant. Vers la fin, à partir de la cascade de Sorico les ancrages se font rares, on a un peu improvisé..
A canyon that could be pretty, but the intestines left as decoration and the wood spoil the atmosphere a bit. The anchors are old, but beware. Towards the end, from the cascade de Sorico onwards, anchorages become scarce, so we improvised a little...

Start at an alternative start at 970m. Open canyon with many abseils and few walking passages. The upper part in particular is worthwhile... at some point at the bottom you have had enough (or is it just me?) and are happy to arrive in the village. Exit possible earlier. The two of us had a 6-hour drive

Für Sefi normaler Wasserstand. Tolle Schlucht. Derzeit super Bedingungen. Wir sind in Mürren gestartet und am Schluss bis zur Gondel Stechelberg hinunter gelaufen.
Normal water level for Sefi. Great canyon. Superiore conditions at the moment. We started in Mürren and walked down to the Stechelberg gondola at the end.

Haken in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wasserstand war etwa doppelt zum Trümmelbach III und sportlich. Keinerlei Lawinenreste im Bach oder Eisfelder am Rand sichtbar.
Anchors in perfect condition. Water level was about double that of Trümmelbach III and sporty. No avalanche remnants visible in the stream or ice fields on the edge.

Sehr rutschig, zwischen Stand im Hohenabseiler (letzte) besteht aus vier mässig guten Hacken, die bei diesem Wasserstand komplett überspühlt sind.
Very slippery, between the belay in the high abseil (last one) consists of four moderately good holds, which are completely flooded at this water level.

Conditions parfaites actuellement. Canyon peu glissant, niveau d'eau correct, ancrages ok. 2 points mériteraient d'être doublés cependant, si un perfo passe par là (65m en monopoint et un autre point plus tard avec une fissure très proche)

Canyon encore sous la neige avec beaucoup de névé. Attendre encore au moins 2-3 semaines vraisemblablement... Les équipements sont toujours en place sinon. Possible de shunter la partir très haute des grands rappels du début en coupant dans la forêt.
Canyon still snow-covered with lots of névé. We'll probably have to wait at least another 2-3 weeks... Otherwise, the equipment is still in place. It's possible to bypass the very high abseils at the start by cutting through the forest.

Wir haben den Einstieg über den linken Zufluss gegenüber von Orbel gemacht. Mit einem schönen 60er Abseiler gelangt man in die Schlucht. Danach war alles springbar. Nur beim 45er haben wir ein Seil benötigt.
We made the entry via the left tributary opposite Orbel. A nice 60-meter rappel takes you into the canyon. After that, everything was jumpable. We only needed a rope for the 45.

Kurzer, schön eingeschnittener Abseilcanyon zB nach Feschel oder Jolibach. Am besten läuft man hoch, startet bei 790m und lässt den uninteressanten oberen Teil weg.
Short, beautifully cut rappel canyon, e.g. to Feschel or Jolibach. It is best to walk up, start at 790m and skip the uninteresting upper part.

Nachdem wir den klassischen Rosenlaui Sup. gemacht haben, waren wir neugierig und hatten Bock nachzuschauen was im anderen Zufluss so passiert. Und siehe da, noch mehr Canyoning Passagen die noch keine Haken hatten.
After doing the classic Rosenlaui Sup. we were curious and wanted to see what was happening in the other tributary. And lo and behold, there were even more canyoning passages that didn't yet have anchors.
