Noch nie bei so wenig Wasser im Oules gewesen. Skala von der Brücke: Knapp unterhalb des ersten Bohrloch. Es ist eine gut beherschbare Wassermenge, nur an wenigen Stellen kann der Wasserdruck gefährlich werden. Der Geysier war schon fast winzig, aber immer noch beeindruckend. An den meisten Wasserfällen war es heute unkritisch in den Hauptstrahl zu geraten und auch die Strömung Pools ist für diesen Canyon sehr gering - Achtung, für ungebüte, die diesen Canyon nicht kennen aber immernoch potenziel gefährlich! Der Canyon ist top ausgerüstet. Insbesondere bei sonnigen Wetter wie immer absolut lohnenswert. Aktuell sehr viel Betrieb im Oules - auf eine andere Gruppe stößt man diese Tage, solange das Wetter stabil ist, mit hoher Sicherheit.

Never been in the Oules with so little water. Scale from the bridge: Just below the first borehole. It is an easily manageable amount of water, only in a few places can the water pressure become dangerous. The Geysier was almost tiny, but still impressive. At most of the waterfalls today it was not critical to get into the main stream and the flow of the pools is also very low for this canyon - caution, for those who do not know this canyon but still potentially dangerous! The canyon is well equipped. As always, absolutely worthwhile, especially in sunny weather. Currently very busy in the Oules - you will almost certainly come across another group these days, as long as the weather is stable.

Very slippery the upper part. Old french chains quite everywhere double, integrated with newer anchor points with rings (do not trust entirely the topo of french book). 5h in 2 person.

Wassermenge ok, für diesen Canyon relativ wenig aber dennoch so viel, dass man besser nicht im Haupstrahl der Hohen Wasserfälle geht. Anker sehr durchwachsen. Teils top, oft ungünstig posistioniert, teils ungenügend. Bei Sonnenscheint am besten erst ab 11:00 Uhr einsteigen, sonst ist man sehr viel im Schatten

Amount of water ok, relatively little for this canyon but still so much that it is better not to walk in the main stream of the high waterfalls. Anchors very mixed. Sometimes top, often unfavorably positioned, sometimes inadequate. If it's sunny, it's best not to enter until 11:00 a.m., otherwise you'll be in the shade a lot

Anker Monopoint, aber sehr gut. Teilweise etwas suchen. Insgesamt sparsam eingebohrt, geht aber bei "normal" Wasserstand (was schon üppig ist). Einige Abkletterstellen heikel. 1x AN und 1x an der alten Wehrkrone am Metall abgeseilt. Grip meist sehr gut, bis auf die Kernstelle am Anfang. Unbedingt im Seil bleiben um dort die nächsten Stände einzurichten. Panik-Exe und große Körpergröße sind von Vorteil ;-) Im unteren Drittel relativ viel Holz,was aber tlw. auch hilfreich ist beim Abklettern. Schlucht und Felsformationen sehr eindrucksvoll. Zustieg steil, aber Bilderbuch!

Anchor monopoint, but very good. Some searching in places. Overall sparsely drilled, but works at "normal" water level (which is already ample). Some downclimbs are tricky. 1x AN and 1x rappel on the old weir crown on the metal. Grip mostly very good, except for the crux at the beginning. Be sure to stay on the rope to set up the next ropes. Panic exes and good height are an advantage ;-) There is a lot of wood in the lower third, which is also helpful for downclimbing. The canyon and rock formations are very impressive. Steep access, but a picture book!

Wie üblich von oben begangen; auch noch gut Wasser drin ; wie auch letzes Jahr ist der Stein sehr griffig und gar nicht rutschig. Der obere Teil ist sehr nett in der Sonne. Die beiden Sprünge sind mit Vorsicht heute möglich gewesen. Hat wieder viel Spaß gemachr

As usual, we started from the top; there is still a lot of water in it; like last year, the stone is very grippy and not slippery at all. The upper part is very nice in the sun. The two jumps were possible today with caution. It was a lot of fun again

There is a lot of water up to the dam. About A4. From the dam there is not much. Very spectacular canyon with many walking sections. Go carefully because we also experienced 3 large collapses in the canyon. Right behind us. We were lucky. The descent stand after the via ferrata has to be reached on a very slippery wall. There is a short rope inside, be sure to put a Poignet on it for climbing. The stand is set up in a way that you avoid a lot of water. Up to the dam it is expeditionary, after that it is a regular two-point set up. We did not check the grid at the end of the tunnel.

From Alpe Colla the path is not always clear, we left the main path shortly after the metal stair and went horizontally till reaching a rock ridge with a tree, MC10 till another tree with C40 to enter the canyon. Final 55m use the old french chains to reach the newest two separated anchor points high, that let you go down close the water flow and with easy recovery.

TOP! 2 fő túrázott. A felső parkolóig vezető autóút a mai napon nem volt lezárva. Az autót a felső parkolóban hagytuk. . Miután végeztünk én mentem vissza az autóért az OSM-en rögzített útvonalon, ami nagyon pontos és jól követhető. Hátizsák nélkül, nekem 25 percig tartott a túra, a felső parkolóig.

TOP! 2 people hiked. The road to the upper parking lot was not closed today. We left the car in the upper parking lot. . after we were done I went back for the car on the route recorded on the OSM, which is very precise and easy to follow. Without a backpack, it took me 25 minutes to hike to the upper parking lot.

Alternative Begehung: Zustieg siehe Bilder. Man kann und sollte bei der Variante nach dem Ausstieg nach dem Tunnel weitergehen. Hier folgt noch ein attraktiver Teil mit zwei Sprüngen. Ausstieg dann bei der Kiesinsel rechts und links haltend durch den Wald zum Parkplatz. Alle Sicherungen vorhanden. Wir haben heute einiges repariert.

Alternative ascent: see pictures for access. You can and should continue on the variant after the exit after the tunnel. Here follows another attractive section with two jumps. Exit at the gravel island on the right and keep left through the forest to the parking lot. All safety devices are in place. We have repaired a few things today.

Haben zu sechst 4.5 Stunden gebraucht. Alle Haken waren vorhanden, die meisten davon sind 10mm Einzel-Bohranker. Hatte an mehreren Stellen Empfang in der Schlucht. Schöne, sehr wenig begangene Tour mit eindrucksvollem Ambiente!

It took the six of us 4.5 hours. All anchors were there, most of them are 10mm single drill anchors. Had reception in several places in the canyon. Beautiful, very little-used tour with an impressive ambience!
