Den Wanderweg hoch zu A Garnei folgen, und dann dem Einzigen weg der ins Tal führt nehmen. Die Wegspur ist manchmal recht überwachsen. Bei p. 1794 überquert der Weg einen Bach, das ist der Start der Tour.

Anfangs viele lange Platten, wo man oft die Haken suchen muss. Danach werden die Abseiler schon Eng, ohne dass die Schlucht gross eingeschnitten ist. Später dann ein paar Zuflüsse von rechts, und mehr und mehr eine grandiose Schlucht.
