Vom Autobahnkreuz im Norden von Bellinzona auf der N2 Richtung Biasca. Über Claro und Cresciano kommen wir nach Osogna (11,4 km von Autobahn bis zur Brücke über die Nala). Nach der Nalabrücke bis zum Friedhof fahren und dort das Auto abstellen. Bitte nicht im Ortskern parken, es hat schon viele Beschwerden gegeben und die Locals haben sich mit der Verwaltung darauf geeinigt, dass ausschließlich der Parkplatz am Friedhof für das Canyoning benutzt wird. Sollte dieser Parkplatz voll sein, so findet sich 350 weiter ein langer Parkstreifen der ebenfalls als öffentliche Parkfläche ausgewisen ist. GPS 46.3159720, 8.9831842

From the highway junction north of Bellinzona, take the N2 towards Biasca. Via Claro and Cresciano you come to Osogna (11.4 km from the highway to the bridge over the Nala). After the Nala bridge, drive to the cemetery and park your car there. Please do not park in the town center, there have already been many complaints and the locals have agreed with the administration that only the parking lot at the cemetery will be used for canyoning. Vom Parkplatz nimmt man die Straße oberhalb des Friedhofs nach re bis zur Kirche (Santa Maria del Castello) --> hinter der Kirche führt ein steiler Pilgerweg neben der schon sichtbaren Schlucht hoch --> den steilen Weg folgen und re an den Häuser vorbei (parallel an der Schlucht) --> nach den letzten unwegsamen Steilstück kommt ein leicht abfallender Weg (Abschüssiges Gelände, hier kann man sich durch ausrutschen den ersten Abseiler sparen und einen Heliflug ins Krankenhaus ergattern) bis zum Einstieg auf ca. 460 Hm. Die letzten paar Dutzend Meter sind mit einem Seilgeländer versehen, dessen Qualität nicht immer die beste ist.

From the parking lot, take the road above the cemetery to the right to the church (Santa Maria del Castello) --> behind the church, a steep pilgrims' path leads up next to the already visible canyon --> follow the steep path and pass the houses on the right (parallel to the canyon) --> after the last impassable steep section, there is a slightly sloping path (sloping terrain, here you can save yourself the first rappel by slipping and get a helicopter flight to the hospital) up to the entry at approx. 460 m above sea level. The last few dozen meters are equipped with a rope traverse, the quality of which is not always the best.

Am ersten Gumpen auf ca. 450Hm angekommen geht es gleich los mit den Abseiler im Wasser --> über ein abziehbares Geländerseil kommt man zur ersten Abseilstelle von ca. 30m mit scharfe Kante --> nach dieser Stelle wird die Schlucht gleich enger --> es folgen 2 ca. 15m Abseilstellen wobei die 2. durch eine enge Rinne führt (bei viel Wasser problematisch) --> es folgen ein 25m und 20m Abseiler in ein großes Becken --> jetzt öffnet sich die Schlucht --> hier hat man re die Möglichkeit auszusteigen (kleine Badegumpen) --> über ein abziehbares Geländerseil kommt man re zum Kettenstand --> von dort hat man ein Einblick in den Beginn des engen C50 Wasserfalls (rutschig, großer Wasserdruck und kleines Becken!!!, von oben nicht einzusehen!) --> die nächste Stelle wird wieder eng und uneinsichtlich, das Wasser schießt in zick zack 25m hinunter in einen kleinen Aushöhlung (sehr schön) --> die Schlucht öffnet sich wieder und man könnte hier re schon aussteigen --> es folgen noch eine Rutsche oder Sprung von bis zu 20m (jedoch ist der großen Gumpen nur an der re Seite tief genug --> die nächsten Stellen sind unproblematisch -->zum Schluss springt man noch ca. 8m in den Badegumpen auf ca. 280Hm.

Arriving at the first pool at approx. 450m, you immediately start rappelling in the water --> via a traverese rope that can be pulled off you reach the first rappel point of approx. 30m with a sharp edge --> after this point the canyon immediately becomes narrower --> 2 approx. 15m rappels follow, the 2nd of which leads through a narrow channel (problematic when there is a lot of water) --> this is followed by 25m and 20m rappels into a large pool --> now the canyon opens up. The second leads through a narrow chute (problematic when there is a lot of water) --> followed by a 25m and 20m rappel into a large pool --> now the canyon opens up --> here you have the possibility to get out on the right (small swimming pools) --> via a traverese rope that can be pulled off you reach the chain anchor --> from there you have a view of the beginning of the narrow C50 waterfall (slippery, high water pressure and small pool!!!!, not visible from above!) --> the next part is again narrow and unclear, the water shoots down in zig zag 25m into a small hollow (very nice) --> the canyon opens up again and you could already get out here --> there is another slide or jump of up to 20m (but the big pool is only deep enough on the right side --> the next parts are unproblematic --> at the end you jump about 8m into the swimming pool at about 280Hm.

Vom letzten Becken auf 280Hm geht es re den Weg in den Ort --> hier gleich re zurück zum Parkplatz.

From the last basin at 280Hm it goes right the way into the place --> here immediately right back to the parking lot.
