Hier steigt man zum Fuß des hohen Wasserfalls zum Einstieg in den untersten Abschnitt des Froda (600 m Höhe).Neben dem Schlusswasserfall orographisch rechts auf einem kleinen Pfad steil hoch bis zur Steinbrücke. WIll man einen flacheren einfacheren Weg kann man auch bei Kirche im Ort( Ciesa Pietro e Paolo) starten --> siehe Start Intermedio; von dort in Richtung Santa Petronilla (=Steinbrücke). Nun orographisch links auf einem markierten Weg immer in der Nähe des Baches aufsteigen bis in die Nähe eines Hauses (Cantoi - 645 m üNN).( Hier könnte man bereist zum Bach absteigen wenn man die 70 /115 m Sequenz auslassen will ) Man folgt den Weg weiter bis nach einer Spitzkehre links ein Pfad abzweigt (ca 790m); diesem folgt man noch ein paar Minuten bis man bei 770m direkt zum Bach gelangt.

Wenn wer einen sehr vertikalen anspruchsvollen Canyon sucht ist hier genau richtig --> Seilschonend arbeiten und immer genug Seil nachgeben (zum Teil sehr scharfe Kanten) --> im wesentlichen hat man in der gesamten Schlucht eine Atemberaubende Aussicht --> Vorsicht ist im unteren Teil (nach der Steinbrücke) zu walten --> Steinschlaggefahr durch Seilabzug oder Badegäste.

If you are looking for a very vertically demanding canyon, this is the right place for you --> work carefully with the rope and always give enough rope (some of the edges are very sharp) --> essentially you have a breathtaking view throughout the canyon --> be careful in the lower part (after the stone bridge) --> danger of falling rocks due to rope retrival or bathers.
