From the cable car station we take the hiking trail to Punt Desch, which is the Flem bridge between parts I and II. We hike slightly downhill and at 1745m we meet the road coming up from Flims. On it turn right to the Punt Desch. A few meters before reaching the bridge, we turn right off the road and up towards the alp on Cassons Sut. Immediately we leave this path again and follow a faint path that leads upwards in an exactly northerly direction parallel to the stream incision. At an altitude of about 1830m, the entry into the streambed, which is still open here, opens up to us.

Quickly we come to the beginning of the small-limbed and not very deep gorge. We climb and cling downwards in a polished stone structure, interrupted by some smaller rappels and swim sections. Also a forced siphon awaits us. We have to crawl under some rock arches. Then the narrow ganng opens and we come to Punt Desch, where we can either get out or follow the ascent of the second part.

If we get off at the bridge, we orient ourselves on our approach path in the direction of the Alp Naraus cable car station and descend to the parking lot at the valley station.
