Von Bellinzona auf der rechtsufrig am Ticino entlangführenden Landstraße in Richtung Tenero und Locarno. Man durchquert die Ortschaft Sementina und ca. 3 km nach Sementina zweigt man von der Hauptstraße nach rechts ab in die Ortschaft Gudo. Direkt an der Strasse findet man den Parkplatz unterhalb der Gemeinde und Schule. Aus Rücksicht auf Anwohner bitte nur diesen Parkplatz nutzen.
From Bellinzona, take the country road on the right bank of the Ticino towards Tenero and Locarno. Cross the village of Sementina and about 3 km after Sementina turn off the main road to the right into the village of Gudo. Directly on the road you will find the parking lot below the community and school. Out of consideration for local residents, please only use this parking lot.

Vom Parkplatz geht man bis zur Via Malcarne, an der Brücke kann man den Wasserstand überprüfen. Rechts geht es weiter rechts auf der "Via In Cimalloco" bergauf. Wenn die Strasse sich teilt, hält man sich links "Al Sasso Grande", rechter Hand ist nochmals ein Parkplatz. Gleich dahinter beginnt der Wanderweg, dem man nun folgt. Oberhalb der Häuser ist der Weg mit dem blauen Pfeil und Wellenzeichen markiert. Zweimal biegt man links ab und gelangt zur Brücke.
From the parking lot, walk to Via Malcarne and check the water level at the bridge. Continue uphill to the right on "Via In Cimalloco". When the road divides, keep left "Al Sasso Grande", there is another parking lot on the right. The hiking trail begins just behind it, which you now follow. Above the houses, the path is marked with a blue arrow and wave signs. Turn left twice to reach the bridge.

Landschaftlich überrascht die Tour durch die vielen Palmen, die mitten in der Schlucht wachsen. Wohl deshalb bekam die Schlucht von Luca Nizzola den Namen Ri delle Palme.
Das Geläuf im Bach ist sehr glitschig!

The tour is scenically surprising due to the many palm trees that grow in the middle of the canyon. This is probably why Luca Nizzola named the canyon Ri delle Palme.

Nach der letzten Rutsche mit einem Fixseil auf der linken Seite ist das Ende der Schlucht erreicht. Rechts dem Bach entlang, bis man zu einer kleinen Brücke gelangt, danach rechts bergab zur Via Cantonale und links zurück zum Parkplatz.
Nach rechts aussteigen und den Pfad außerhalb des Privatgrundstücks folgen bis zur Brücke. Darüber hinüber und der Straße bergan bis zum Auto folgen.
Nach der Hälfte der Tour besteht eine Ausstiegsmöglichkeit nach links zum Aufstiegsweg auf einem Weg, der den Bach kreuzt.
After the last slide with a fixed rope on the left, you have reached the exit of the canyon. Follow the stream to the right until you reach a small bridge, then turn right downhill to Via Cantonale and left back to the parking lot.
Get out to the right and follow the path outside the private property to the bridge. Cross it and follow the road uphill to the car.
Halfway through the tour, there is an exit option to the left to the ascent path on a path that crosses the stream.
