Alles tip top. Aktuell viel kaltes Wasser. Sehr schöne Schlucht, wenig Aktion, dafür unglaublich tolle Fotostellen, wenn das Licht passt.
Everything is tip top. Lots of cold water at the moment. Very beautiful canyon, little action, but incredibly great photo spots when the light is right.

Zur Zeit viel Wasser und sehr kalt. Schlucht an sich sehr schön. Bohrhaken könnten besser sein, aber noch ok. Es empfiehlt sich, vor dem Schlussteil oro rechts zur Lumiei aufzusteigen. Alle Sprünge machbar.
Lots of water at the moment and very cold. The canyon itself is very beautiful. Bolts could be better, but still ok. It is recommended to climb up to Lumiei on the right before the final ortographic section. All jumps are doable.

Viel kaltes Wasser, leider trotz starken Hochwasser in den letzten Wochen immer noch saurutschig. Der neue, markierte und beschilderte Zustieg verliert nur wenig Höhe und man landet direkt am Start des schönen Teils. Alle Sprünge und Rutschen möglich.
Lots of cold water, unfortunately still slippery despite heavy flooding in recent weeks. The new, marked and signposted access only loses a little height and you end up right at the start of the beautiful part. All jumps and slides possible.

Aktuell sehr gute Verhältnisse. Kaum Kies in den Becken, alle Sprünge sind machbar. Einige rostige Bolts, Schlingen sind aber in guten Zustand. Obwohl viel von Baumschlingen abgeseilt wird gabs keine Probleme mit Seil abziehen.
Currently very good conditions. Hardly any gravel in the pools, all jumps are feasible. Some rusty bolts, but the slings are in good condition. Although there is a lot of rappeling from tree slings, there were no problems with rappels.

Schneeschmelze mit hohen aber problemlos machbaren Wasserstand. Alle Haken vorhanden. Vorsicht beim Springen, nicht alle Becken sind sauber und das Weißwasser verdeckt Hindernisse.
Melting snow with high but easily manageable water levels. All anchors available. Be careful when jumping, not all pools are clean and the white water hides obstacles.

Schlucht leider fast trocken. Mit jedem Hochwasser wird die früher komplett zugeschüttete Klamm wieder freigeräumt und lohnt sich langsam wieder. Mehr Wasser wäre aber schön gewesen. In der ersten Klammpassage waren zwei Klebehaken komplett plattgedrückt, hier haben wir neue 8mm Bohrhaken gesetzt.
Gorge unfortunately almost dry. With each flood, the formerly completely filled gorge is cleared again and is slowly worthwhile again. More water would have been nice. In the first gorge passage, two glue hooks were completely flattened, here we have set new 8mm drill hooks.

Ein Fixpunkt vom Drahtseil der Umgehung des 10m Wasserfalls war gebrochen. Sicherungspunkte in der Schlucht waren dank einer vorher stattgefundenen Bergrettungsübung in Ordnung. Wenig Wasser aber auch verhältnismässig wenig Kies.
A fixed point from the wire rope of the bypass of the 10m waterfall was broken. Safety points in the gorge were fine thanks to a previously held mountain rescue exercise. Little water but also relatively little gravel.

Hardly any water in Quarceto, low water level in Verghello. In the Verghello there were 3 rappelling points.

Landschaftlich nette Tour mit einigen Sprungmöglichkeiten. Rückweg lang aber ebenso landschaftlich interessant.
Scenic nice tour with some jumping opportunities. Way back long but just as scenically interesting.

Ein bisserl Wasser beim Einstieg, im Wasserfall aber komplett trocken. Schöner Felskessel im Mittelteil, Tour muss man aber nicht gemacht haben. Alte und massive Sicherungen die aber schon in die Jahre gekommen sind. Beim vorletzten Wasserfall ist eine Verankerung ausgerissen

Einstieg über Tschaukofall von oben. Einstieg in den Loiblbach etwas unterhalb der letzten Brücke (Baumabseiler von orogr. links). Sicherungen in der Klamm waren ausreichend, ein unangenehmer Baumverhau bei einen längs in der Klamm steckenden Baum mit überspülten Wurzelstock. Letzter Abseiler unter der Brücke in ein eindrucksvolles Tosbecken.
Entry via Tschaukofall from above. Entry into the Loiblbach a little below the last bridge (tree rappel from orogr. left). Belaying in the gorge was sufficient, an unpleasant tree entanglement with a tree stuck lengthwise in the gorge with a washed over rootstock. Last rappel under the bridge into an impressive stilling basin.

Wenig Wasser und viele Bäume. Sicherungen teilweise sehr alt. Wir sind im Ardo bis zum Brent de L'Ard und dem Val di Botte abgestiegen. 4 Klammabschnitte mit Abkletter- und Schwimmpassagen, dazwischen Gehgelände und mühsam zu umkletternde Geschiebebremsen.
Little water and many trees. Some of the fuses are very old. We descended the Ardo as far as Brent de L'Ard and the Val di Botte. 4 gorge sections with climbing and swimming passages, in between walking terrain and boulder brakes that are difficult to climb around.

Zu früh eingestiegen was zwei Abseiler im Steilwald bedeutet hat. Schöne Klamm, nochmal würde ich sie aber nur mit Wasserdurchlauf gehen.
Got in too early, which meant two abseils in the steep forest. Beautiful gorge, but I would only do it again with a water passage.

Wir haben mit einem jungen Brüderpaar in Mibam 65 Rial für den Fahrzeugtransfer ausgehandelt und durften auch auf einem ihrer Grundstücke oberhalb des Dorfes übernachten. Absolut großartige Tour mit extrem langen Schwimmstrecken, wir waren 6h in der Klamm.
We negotiated 65 rials with a young couple of brothers in Mibam for the vehicle transfer and were also allowed to spend the night on one of their properties above the village. Absolutely great tour with extremely long swims, we were in the gorge for 6 hours.

Nette Tour für einen Rast-/Reisetag. Überfahrt über den kleinen See unter der Autobahnbrücke hat 1 OR pro Person gekostet. Viele Touristen in der Schlucht, oberhalb vom Höhlenbecken ist man aber alleine.
Nice tour for a rest/travel day. Crossing the small lake under the highway bridge cost 1 OR per person. Lots of tourists in the gorge, but above the cave basin you are on your own.

Auf der neuen Straße bis zum Parkplatz oberhalb des Dorfes wo wir erst mal eine Parkmöglichkeit finden mussten, vor uns war nämlich eine geführte Tour drin, die mit 4 Geländewagen hergefahren ist. Schlucht selbst sehr schön, über die das erste Trockenbecken kommt man mittels einer stabilen Kette raus. Hohe Sprungmöglichkeit (16m) in der Mitte der Klamm. Rückweg war mit einen Fixseil gesichert, Kletterschwierigkeiten max. II
On the new road to the parking lot above the village where we first had to find a place to park, because there was a guided tour in front of us, which drove here with 4 off-road vehicles. The gorge itself is very beautiful, you can get out via the first dry basin using a sturdy chain. High jump (16m) in the middle of the gorge. The way back was secured with a fixed rope, climbing difficulty max. II

Nach Übernachtung am Fussballplatz schöne Tour durch die Klamm. Einfache, gut abgesichere Tour die landschaftlich sehr eindrucksvoll und geologisch interessant ist. Kurze Höhlepassage und ein paar Sprünge möglich. Beim Autoumstellen wurden wir von einem französischen Paar mitgenommen, sonst wäre es ein langer und staubiger Trek entlang der Straße geworden.
After spending the night at the football field beautiful tour through the gorge. Easy, well secured tour which is scenically very impressive and geologically interesting. Short cave passage and a few jumps possible. When changing cars we were given a lift by a French couple, otherwise it would have been a long and dusty trek along the road.

Extrem eindrucksvolle Klamm, ein Abseiler nach dem anderen und kaum Verschnaufspausen.

Langer aber schöner und relativ bequemer Zustieg. Einstieg beim mittleren Einstieg, dort ist man gleich oberhalb vom schönen Teil. Tour selbst unterhaltsamer Abseilcanyon.
Long but beautiful and relatively easy approach. Start at the middle entrance, where you are just above the beautiful part. The tour itself is an entertaining abseil canyon.

Großartig, dunkel, aquatisch. Keine Probleme mit Eis und dadurch weniger anspruchsvoll als Gamchi & Gries aber trotzdem noch wild genug. Eine von mehreren internationalen Gruppen die an diesem Tag durch die Schlucht gehen durften. Unbedingt vorher telefonisch anmelden.
Great, dark, aquatic. No problems with ice and therefore less demanding than Gamchi & Gries but still wild enough. One of several international groups allowed to go through the gorge that day. Be sure to call ahead to sign up.

Einstieg schon weiter oben. Der obere Teil der Tour ist aber völlig unlohnend (Schräge Abseiler, viel Holz&Dornen). Klamm ist lieb aber viel zu kurz.
Access further up. However, the upper part of the tour is completely unrewarding (sloping abseils, lots of wood and thorns). The gorge is lovely but much too short.
