Vom Parkplatz in der Mühlau die rechte Straße folgen, an den letzten Häusern vorbei hier beginnt eine Forststraße, bei der ersten Kreuzung kann man den Weg steil durch den Wald folgen (Schild "Kreuzmauer", Steig zweigt 20m nach der Abzweigung nach links ab) oder die Forststraße weitergehen (führt an alter Wildfütterung vorbei) Bei der nächsten Forststraßenkehre kann man nach rechts über einen steilen Steig an einem Marterl vorbei eine weitere Kehre abkürzen. Dann flach durch zwei Tunnels durch, und danach rechts über eine Forststraße zum Einstieg unterhalb der Wasserentnahme.

From the parking lot in Mühlau, follow the road on the right, past the last houses, where a forest road begins. At the first crossroads, you can follow the path steeply through the forest (signs "Kreuzmauer", path branches off to the left 20m after the junction) or continue along the forest road (leads past an old game feeding station) At the next hairpin bend in the forest road, you can take a shortcut to the right along a steep path past a wayside shrine. Then flat through two tunnels, and then right along a forest road to the entry below the water intake.

Relativ offene, sonnige Schrofenschlucht im Dolomit. Die Tour wurde durch ein Hochwasser 2023 gut durchgeputzt, Blöcke sind selten und es geht meistens auf Grundgestein abwärts. Der Staudamm oberhalb entnimmt im Sommer fast alles an Wasser. Sicherungen sehr gut und üppig (Kettenstände und Bohrhaken mit fixen Karabiner). Im oberen Teil viele kleine Abseilstellen und kleine Rutschmöglichkeiten. Wenn sich die Schlucht öffnet kurz Gehstrecke bevor eine Reihe von Rutschen bis 2.5m zum Endwasserfall führt - ein schöner 25m Wasserfall mit Publikum. Relatively open, sunny scree gorge in the dolomite. The tour was well cleaned by a flood in 2023, boulders are rare and it mostly descends on bedrock. The dam above takes almost all the water in summer. Securing is very good and plentiful (chain anchors and bolts with fixed carabiners). In the upper part there are many small abseils and small slides. When the canyon opens up, a short walking passages before a series of slides up to 2.5m leads to the final waterfall - a beautiful 25m waterfall with an audience.
