Heute bei Niedrigwasser begangen, Wasserqualität denke ich noch ganz gut aber teilweise sehr rutschig. Sprünge sind trotzdem spaßig und Abseiler für Anfänger auch easy zu machen. Für die Anfahrt empfiehlt sich ein Auto mit ein wenig Bodenfreiheit.

Today at low water, I think the water quality is still quite good but very slippery in places. Jumps are still fun and rappels are easy to do for beginners. A car with a little ground clearance is recommended for the approach.

Landschaftlich wunderschöne Tour mit abwechslungsreichen Elementen, für die Zufahrtsstraße empfiehlt sich ein Auto mit Bodenfreiheit (mit unserem Renault Kangoo ging’s gut). Der Zustieg über den Grat war gar nicht so easy zu finden aber einmal in der Tour findet man sich dann schnell zurecht. Beim letzten Abseiler sind wir fast vorbei gerauscht weil wir mit 30m gerechnet haben, dieser war aber kürzer. Beim Abseilen einfach auf den Höhleneingang mit Fixseilen achten.

A scenic tour with varied elements, a car with ground clearance is recommended for the access road (our Renault Kangoo was fine). The access via the ridge was not easy to find, but once on the tour you quickly find your way around. We almost missed the last rappel because we expected 30m, but it was shorter. When rappelling, just watch out for the cave entrance with fixed ropes.

Schön vertikaler Canyon zum Üben, wir haben bei dem Wasserstand keine Seilgeländer gebraucht. Bevor der erste Haken mit Plakette rechts kommt muss man ca 5 Stufen abklettern. Bei der Zufahrt auf Fahrzeughöhe aufpassen. Wir haben 13 Abseiler gezählt, davon der höchste ca 39m

Nice vertical canyon for practicing, we didn't need any rope traverses at the water level. Before you reach the first anchor with a badge on the right, you have to downclimb about 5 steps. Be careful of vehicle height on the approach. We counted 13 rappels, the highest of which was approx. 39m

Kurzer Abendrun, allein wegen der Grotte und Landschaft empfehlenswert. Sehr gut ausgebaut, Stirnlampe in der Höhle sehr hilfreich da fast komplett dunkel, ging aber auch mit der Taschenlampe vom Handy

Short evening run, recommended for the grotto and scenic views alone. Very well developed, headlamp in the cave very helpful as almost completely dark, but also worked with the flashlight from the cell phone

Heute am Nachmittag begangen, dann ist es schon recht kalt in der Schlucht bei Außentemperatur ca 24 Grad, besser dicken Neopren einpacken. Tote Gams ist raus, Stände alle soweit in Ordnung. Super schöne Schlucht!

Today in the afternoon, then it is already quite cold in the canyon with outside temperature about 24 degrees, better pack thick neoprene. Dead chamois is out, stands all in order so far. Super beautiful canyon!

Waren uns unsicher mit dem Wasserstand, am ersten Stand konnte man nicht richtig erkennen ob das Wasser über eine Felsnase geht oder nicht

We were unsure about the water level, at the first stand you couldn't really see whether the water was going over a rocky outcrop or not

Bei Zustieg über die Forststraße war der Einstieg gut zu finden wenn man sich bei der ersten Abzweigung hinter dem Kuhgatter rechts hält. Stände alle gut, teilweise neue Kettenstände eingebohrt. Nur bei der Abseilstelle Nr.4 war der Haken schwer zu erreichen. Sonst schöne Schlucht mit viel Abklettern und ein paar netten Abseilern.

On access via the forest road, the entry was easy to find if you keep right at the first junction behind the cow gate. The holds were all good, some new chain anchors were drilled in. Only at abseil point no. 4 was the anchor difficult to reach. Otherwise a beautiful canyon with lots of downclimbing and a few nice rappels.
