Wird noch korrigiert. Schöner ausgewaschener Kalkstein. Schöne Kulisse in der Schlucht. Vorsicht bei der Rutsche!!! Bei höherem Wasserstand bildet ein Fels ca. 20cm unter der Wasseroberfläche ein Tosbecken und die Rutsche entsprechend eine potentiell tödlichen Rücklauf/Walze aus. Siehe Bild.

Chain anchors in good condition, some exposed. The canyon offers relatively good grip, with few slippery spots. Anchors available for higher water levels. 1 slide and 2 jumps possible. More than 4 rappellers. To be updated. Beautiful, weathered limestone. Stunning scenery in the canyon. Caution on the slide!!! At higher water levels, a rock approximately 20 cm below the water’s surface forms a churning pool, and the slide consequently creates a potentially deadly backwash/tumble. See photo.

Chose the short version with an alternative entry point to avoid the Bachlatscher. Short route, 2 rappels in the cave. Totally worth it! The cable car is still in operation. A lot of fun!

Zunächst Bachlatscher und stellenweise Abseiler, danach wird die Schlucht eingeschnittener. Sobald der erste Blick auf den Gardasee erscheint wird die Schlucht kontinuierlich und es folgt Abseiler auf Abseiler. Stellenweise sehr rutschig. Abseiler meist im Strahl. Bei dem Wasserstand sehr angenehm. Bisherige Beschreibung der Tour stellenweise falsch. Am Ende durch die Unterführung in den Gardasee Hinausschwimmen.

At first, it’s a stream-wading route with some rappels here and there; afterward, the canyon becomes more steep-sided. As soon as the first view of Lake Garda comes into sight, the canyon becomes continuous, and one rappel follows another. Very slippery in places. Rappels are mostly in the current. Very pleasant at this water level. Previous descriptions of the tour are incorrect in some places. At the exit, swim out into Lake Garda through the underpass.

Kettenstände teils in lockere Plättchen. Insgesamt Kettenstände haben bereits ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel. Stellenweise sehr rutschig.

Some chain anchors are loose. Overall, the chain anchors have been around for a few years. Very slippery in places.

Kettenstände Innox Bohrhaken in akzeptablen Zustand. Sehr geringer Wasserstand. Stellenweise etwas rutschig. Höchste Abseilstelle eher bei 32-35m. Ansonsten nette Abendtour bei wenig Zeit. Gesamtzeit ca. 2h inkl. Zustieg und Rückweg.

Innox chain anchors are in acceptable condition. Water level is very low. Somewhat slippery in places. The highest rappelling point is closer to 32–35 m. Otherwise, a nice evening hike if you’re short on time. Total time: about 2 hours, including access and return.

Normaler Wasserstand am Einstieg. Abgebildete Topo ist höhentechnisch falsch. Neue Topo folgt. 1. Abseiler ca. 17-18m Seil benötigt. 2. Abseiler 25m, 50er Seil reicht gerade so. Letzter Abseiler kann das Ankunftsbecken bei viel Wasser Heikel werden. Ggf. Wird man hier vom Rücklauf bisschen durchgespült. Ansonsten super schöner Bach. Kann man sehr empfehlen!

Normal water level at the entry. The topographic view shown is incorrect in terms of elevation. A new topographic view will follow. The first rapper needs about 17–18 m of rope. The second rapper needs 25 m; a 50-meter rope is just enough. The final rappel can be tricky when the water level is high due to the arrival pool. You might get washed through a bit by the backflow here. Otherwise, it’s a really beautiful stream. Highly recommended!

Netter Canyon, gut als Regenalternative. Bach verträgt gut Wasser. Aktuell stellenweise sehr glatt. Einige Sprünge gut möglich.

Unterer Teil ab Abseiler Nr. 6 begangen. Kurze kontinuierliche Tour und ein kleiner Bachlatscher zum Ausstieg. Ansonsten sehr schöne Schlucht. Wasserstand war normal, sodass auch gut durch den Strahl geseilt werden konnte und eine erfrischende Dusche genommen werden konnte. Einstieg kommerziell gut abgesichert mit Seilgeländer und Fixseil zum Kettenstand oberhalb von Abseiler 6 in den Bachlauf. Lohnt sich bei wenig Zeit als Halbtagestour. Wir haben inkl. Zustieg und Rückweg + Pause 3h gebraucht.

The water level was normal, so we were able to rappel through the stream easily and enjoy a refreshing shower. The entry point is well-secured with a rope traverse and a fixed rope leading to the chain anchor above Abseiler 6 in the stream. It’s worth doing as a half-day tour if you’re short on time. Including the access, return hike, and a break, it took us 3 hours.

Sehr viel Metall in der Schlucht und daher mehr als gut abgesichert. Pro Abseilstelle mindestens 2-3 Kettenstände. Wasser fließt aktuell noch. Gumpen sind sehr tief. Sprünge gehen alle noch. Ich denk, dass in den nächsten Wochen kein fließendes Wasser mehr sein wird. Dennoch ein sehr schöner Canyon. Wer sich 25 Minuten Aufstieg sparen möchte, kann auch mit einem Auto direkt zum Einstieg fahren und dort im Schotterbereich (Seitenstreifen) ein Auto parken. Dürfte Platz für 3-4 Autos sein.

There’s a lot of metal in the canyon, so it’s more than well-secured. At least 2–3 chain anchors per rappel section. Water is still flowing at the moment. The pools have a high depth. All the jumps are still doable. I think there won’t be any running water left in the next few weeks. Still, it’s a very beautiful canyon. If you want to save yourself a 25-minute ascent, you can also drive a car directly to the entry and park there on the gravel shoulder. There should be room for 3–4 cars.

Häselgehrbach hatte heute normalen Wasserstand. Etwas glatt, aber die höheren Abseiler dennoch gut machbar. Die R22 von den Bildern mit der Baumschlingen kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen. Massive Absturzgefahr. Lieber den C20 oro. Rechts nehmen. Hier neuer Kettenstand. Abseilstelle vor dem Schlusswasserfall muss über beide Gumpen geseilt werden, da im Zwischenpool kein Haken vorhanden ist. 1x50m ausreichend für diese Stelle. Am Schlusswasserfall haben wir vom Zwischenstand eine Seilbahn eingerichtet und bei einigen Zuschauern noch ein bisl Spaß gehabt, nachdem man über den Klettersteig wieder hoch kommt. Bei der nächsten Begehung setzen wir einen Haken unten an der Gumpe, um noch besser eine Seilbahn aufbauen zu können. Ansonsten wirklich schöner vertikaler Bach mit einer schnellen Abfolge an 20-25m Abseilern.

The Häselgehrbach was at a normal water level today. A bit slippery, but the higher rappels were still manageable. I absolutely cannot recommend the R22 shown in the pictures with the tree sling. Massive risk of falling. Better to take the C20 on the right. There’s a new chain anchor here. The rappel point before the final waterfall must be set up across both pools, since there’s no anchor in the intermediate pool. A single 50-meter rope is sufficient for this section. At the final waterfall, we set up a rope slide from the intermediate belay station and had a bit of fun with some spectators after climbing back up via the via ferrata. On our next ascent, we’ll place an anchor at the bottom of the pool to make it even easier to set up a rope slide. Otherwise, it’s a really beautiful vertical stream with a rapid succession of 20–25-meter rappels.

Strindenbach heute mit eher niedrigem Wasserstand begangen. Für den Aufstieg benötigt man mit geringem Tempo 35 Minuten (5 Minuten Pause nicht eingerechnet). Bereits zu Beginn eine wunderschöne Schlucht. Hatten ab 10:30 Uhr perfekte strahlende Sonne. Da wir Zeit hätten haben wir deshalb alle Becken ausgecheckt. Rutschen waren alle möglich. 2 Gumpen waren bei 2,50 - 3 Meter und könnten gesprungen werden. Sogar ein 4 Meter Sprung war problemlos möglich. Entgegen einer anderen Bewertung hier, waren alle Haken für Personen ab 1,65m problemlos erreichbar. Aufklettern war mit Fixseil möglich. Kurz vor Ende musste man nur den Haken am Fels mittig finden, dann war auch kein Erreichen des Alten Hakens nötig. Schlucht generell mehr als ausreichend eingesichert. Viel mehr Haken und Abseilmöglichkeiten als man benötigt, da vieles schräg und sehr einfach abgegangen/abgeklettert werden konnte. Insgesamt haben wir mit Pausen und allem drum und dran exakt 5 Stunden gebraucht. Wir sind teilweise mehrfach gesprungen und gerutscht und haben den Bach sehr ausgenutzt. Wer ähnlich veranlagt ist, lieber das Parkticket länger lösen oder über die App parken.

We hiked the Strindenbach today when the water level was rather low. The ascent takes 35 minutes at a leisurely pace (not including a 5-minute break). It was a beautiful canyon right from the start. We had perfect, bright sunshine starting at 10:30 a.m. Since we had plenty of time, we checked out all the pools. All the slides were accessible. Two pools were 2.50–3 meters deep and suitable for jumping into. Even a 4-meter jump was no problem. Contrary to another review here, all the anchors were easily reachable for people 1.65m or taller. Climbing up was possible using a fixed rope. Toward the end, you just had to find the anchor in the center of the rock face; there was no need to reach the old anchor. The canyon is generally more than adequately secured. There are far more anchors and rappelling points than you need, since many sections could be traversed or downclimbed diagonally with ease. All in all, including breaks and everything else, it took us exactly 5 hours. We jumped and slid down several times in some sections and made full use of the stream. If you’re the same way, you might want to buy a longer parking ticket or park via the app.

Als zweite Tour nach Ner großen Strindenbachrunde noch als Absacker drangehängt. Dass die Schlucht kommerziell begangen wird merkt man deutlich an der Vielzahl an Metall in der Schlucht. Seilgeländer aus Innox Stahlseilen, Kettenstände mit Klebeanker teilweise 3 pro Abseiler, links rechts, wahlweise im oder außerhalb des Strahls. Fixseilen zum abklettern/abseilen. Letztlich haben wir 2 Abseilstellen aufgebaut. Der Rest konnte am Seilgeländer oder Fixseil abgeklettert und abgeseilt werden. Die Schlucht macht echt Spaß und ist viel zu schnell schon vorbei. Also Absacker ganz gut, aber als Halbtagestour oder Tagestour nicht lohnenswert. Dafür gibt es im Lechtal zu viele andere schöne Canyons. Aber als kurze Feierabendtour oder um 2 Stündchen zu füllen mehr als lohnenswert und richtig schön! An sich Recht griffig aber vereinzelt glatt.

We tacked this on as a second tour after our big Strindenbach loop, as a finale. You can clearly tell that the canyon is commercially developed by the large amount of metal in it. Rope traverses made of stainless steel cables, chain anchors with adhesive anchors—sometimes three per rappeler, on the left and right, either inside or outside the gorge. Fixed ropes for downclimbing or rappelling. In the end, we set up two rappelling points. The rest could be downclimbed or rappelled using the rope traverse or fixed ropes. The canyon is really fun and is over way too quickly. So it’s a pretty good way to wrap up the day, but not worth it as a half-day or full-day tour. There are just too many other beautiful canyons in the Lech Valley for that. But as a short after-work tour or to fill a couple of hours, it’s more than worth it and really beautiful! Generally quite grippy, but slippery in places.

Ganz netter Bach, 2 Abseiler, das war's.. hierfür 4,50€ Einstiegsgebühr war es nicht Wert. Bisschen springen war ganz ok. Eignet sich wohl eher fürs kommerzielle Canyoning. Am ersten Stand R24 am linken Stand nicht den festen Karabiner nutzen, dieser verformt sich stark und wird wohl demnächst aufgeben. Lieber den rechten Kettenstand nutzen. Stand mittig am R33 ist bzgl. Kette zum abziehen ganz gut, allerdings muss von links leicht reingependelt werden. Könnte für Anfänger wohl heikel werden. Ansonsten lieber die 33m am Stück. Zwischenstand ist unnötig, außer wenn der S15 gemacht werden möchte. Der untere Teil ist ne tolle Kindertour, ansonsten bietet er eher weniger Anreiz diesen noch mitzunehmen. Stände waren generell in gutem Zustand.

Pretty nice stream, 2 rappels, that’s it… It wasn’t worth the €4.50 entry fee. The jumping was okay. It’s probably more suited for commercial canyoning. At the first belay station (R24), don’t use the fixed carabiner on the left side—it’s severely deformed and will probably give out soon. It’s better to use the right-hand chain anchor. The central chain anchor at R33 is pretty good for pulling the chain, but you have to swing in slightly from the left. That could be tricky for beginners. Otherwise, it’s better to do the 33 meters in one go. An intermediate belay is unnecessary, unless you plan to do S15. The lower section is a great route for kids; otherwise, there’s little incentive to include it. Belay stations were generally in good condition.

Keine Privatbegehungen möglich. Stände gut in Schuss. Ein Fixseil am ersten Abseiler bis zum Kern durch. Ausschließlich Klebehaken in der Schlucht. Kurze nette Schlucht. Mit Fixseilen können Schlüsselstellen umgangen und entschärft werden. Highlight definitiv Schlussrutsche mit gutem Einschlag in den Gumpen.

No private access allowed. Anchor points are in good condition. A fixed rope runs from the first rappeller all the way to the core. Only glued anchors are used in the canyon. A short, pleasant canyon. With fixed ropes, key sections can be bypassed and made easier. The highlight is definitely the final slide, which lands nicely in the pool.
