Dati gli avvisi di furto nel parcheggio ufficiale, abbiamo parcheggiato all Hotel Carnia e siamo saliti dalla carrozzabile a piedi. La carrozzabile è libera al transito, anche se stretta, quindi l'avviso di strada chiusa, su opencanyon, sarà vecchio. Chiaramente salendo a piedi dalla carrozzabile e tornando a piedi sulla ciclovia i tempi sono più elevati rispetto a quanto descritto. Complimenti agli armi e a chi li ha messi. Forra molto bella, TOP
Given the theft warnings at the official parking lot, we parked at the Hotel Carnia and walked up from the road. The road is open to traffic, though narrow, so the “road closed” notice on OpenCanyon is likely outdated. Obviously, walking up from the road and returning on foot along the bike path takes longer than described. Kudos to the rock climbers and those who placed the holds. A very beautiful gorge—TOP!

The rapids are fine, lots of fallen trees in the riverbed, and low water. Aside from the somewhat tedious initial walk, it gets very interesting as soon as you enter the rapids.

There's a metal walkway, and the next section is missing the handrails. You can use the masts to make up for this without any problems. The rest of the handrails are fine. Perfect for the beginning and end of the season.
