We leave the E62/SS33 at the Villadossola exit and drive along Via Sempione via Beura-Cardezza and Quarata to Cosa. We park the car in front of the church of Guiseppe Artigiano. It is located at the foot of the hill, not far from the exit from the Robana.

Approche (45 min): traduction alternative ➜

From the parking lot, walk south along the foot of the slope until you reach the path to the San Lorenzo chapel. Turn left up here. Once you reach the chapel, take the path to the left across a meadow just a few meters further on. It leads us directly to the entry (see map in the photo album and gallery).

At the beginning several small rappels, connected with running sections. At the exit, the "highlight" with the 50m drop.

Retour (10 min): traduction alternative ➜

After the last rappel, descend a few more meters in the stream, then take the stone steps with railings to the left and through the forest in a few minutes to the church and the car.
