Wir kommen von Chur auf der A18. Am Autobahnende fahren wir rechts Richtung Flims, Laax, Disentis. Wir umfahren Flims im Tunnel und biegen dann vor dem Wasserreservoir rechts ab auf den Laaxer Parkplatz am Fuß der Bergbahnen.\n\nVon hier nehmen wir den Postbus hinauf zur Alp Nagens (1970m). Fährt Mo - So zwischen 8.00 und 17.00 Uhr ab Laax Bergbahnen bis Bergstation Nagens 6-mal täglich. Letzte Talfahrt: Alp Nagens 17.00 Uhr.

We come from Chur on the A18. At the end of the highway we turn right in the direction of Flims, Laax, Disentis. We drive around Flims in the tunnel and then turn right before the water reservoir to the Laax parking lot at the foot of the mountain railroads.\n\from here we take the post bus up to Alp Nagens (1970m). Runs Mon - Sun between 8:00 and 17:00 from Laax Bergbahnen to Nagens mountain station 6 times daily. Last descent: Alp Nagens 5.00 pm.

Vom Gasthaus gehen wir einige Meter wieder auf der Anfahrtsstraße abwärtsund biegen dann (1940m Höhe) rechts ab auf eine Piste, die uns über die Alpe Mughels (2000m Höhe) zur einer weiteren Alpe auf Sogn Martin führt. Dort endet die Piste (1985m Höhe). Wir nehmen nun eine Pfadspur, die in nordwestlicher Richtung den Hang aufwärts zieht. Etwa auf 2110m Höhe verlassen wir den Pfad und halten in genau westlicher Richtung auf "unseren" Bach zu, den wir auf 2170m Höhe erreichen. Hier kann man leicht in den Bach steigen und wir deponieren hier zumindest die Seile für den 46m Abseiler. Bis dahin genügt ein 20m-Seil. Auch die Rucksäcke sollten hier so gepackt und evtl. reduziert werden, dass die vielen Engstellen ohne größere Probleme gemeistert werden können. So "erleichtert"steigen wir nun am orograf. linken Rand der Schlucht aufwärts. Wir kreuzen einen Wanderweg (2230m Höhe) und stoßen weiter oben auf einen Wanderweg, der hier den Bach nach links quert (2320m Höhe). Oberhalb der Brücke steigen wir in das Kiesbett des Baches ein, wo dann auch sofort die Einschluchtung beginnt.

From the inn we go down again a few meters on the approach road and then turn right (1940m altitude) on a slope that leads us via Alpe Mughels (2000m altitude) to another alp on Sogn Martin. There the exit ends (1985m altitude). We now take a trail that goes up the slope in a northwesterly direction. At about 2110m altitude, we leave the path and keep going in an exactly westerly direction towards "our" stream, which we reach at 2170m altitude. Here it is easy to climb into the creek and we deposit here at least the ropes for the 46m rappel. Until then, a 20m rope is sufficient. Also the backpacks should be packed here and possibly reduced so that the many narrow passages can be mastered without major problems. Thus "relieved" we climb now on the orographic left edge of the canyon upwards. We cross a hiking trail (2230m altitude) and further up we meet a hiking trail that crosses the stream to the left here (2320m altitude). Above the bridge we enter the gravel bed of the stream, where then also immediately begins the gorge.

Wir klemmen durch enge Rinnen ab, zwängen uns den Mäandern des Baches folgend durch Felsspalten und kriechen unter Felsbögen hindurch. Wo wir auf unser Seildepot treffen, wird der Abstieg attraktiver, aber auch technisch anspruchsvoller. Unterhalb des 46m-Abseilers erwartet uns noch eine Folge kleinerer Stufen, bis die Tour bei der Mündung in den Ual Draus endet.

We pinch off through narrow chutes, squeeze through rock crevices following the meanders of the stream and crawl under rock arches. Where we meet our rope depot, the descent becomes more attractive, but also more technically demanding. Below the 46m rappel, a series of smaller steps awaits us until the tour ends at the confluence with the Ual Draus.

Wir folgen dem Ual Draus bachab und stoßen nach gut 20 Minuten eine Pfad, der eben den Bach gequert hat. Wir gehen zunächst in Richtung ONO, bleiben bei einer Verzweigung links und kommen hinauf zu der Alpe, wo wir beim Anmarsch das Ende der Piste erreicht haben (1985m Höhe). Von hier auf dem Anmarschweg zurück zur Shuttlebus-Haltestelle Alp Nagens.

We follow the Ual Draus downstream and after a good 20 minutes we come across a path that has just crossed the stream. We go first in the direction of ONO, stay left at a junction and come up to the alp where we reached the exit of the slope during the approach (1985m altitude). From here on the approach path back to the shuttle bus stop Alp Nagens.
