Automatisch importiert von Descente-Canyon.com für Canyon Schiltbach Quite high flow from the melting snow which almost doubled during descent. Equipment solid but quite old. Some bolts are a bit awkwardly placed. In some cases an anchor must be used for more than 1 drop, which is not always evident or logical (risk of stuck ropes).Currently extremely slippery, which made reaching some of the anchors quite difficult and slowed progress. We used the last exit (bridge, path to Gimmelwald) because it was getting dark. This exit was very exposed, but possible to setup a belay at the bolt for the rappel. Sehr abwechslungsreich bezüglich Abseilhöhe und Aquatik. Bis nach dem 70er bereits schön vereist. Man benötigt noch keine Steigeisen und Eisgerät. Im unteren teil dafür rutschig durch leichte Vermoosung. Der Mittelteil war gegen 12 Uhr in der Sonne eine willkommene warme Abwechslung. Haben einen neuen Haken für das GeländerSeil zum 70er gesetzt.
Very varied in terms of abseil height and aquatics. Already nicely iced up after the 70. You don't need crampons and ice tools yet. The lower part is slippery due to light moss. The middle section was a welcome warm change in the sun around 12 o'clock. Have set a new anchor for the traverese rope to the 70er.

Nur bis zur 70m Stufe begangen. Bis dorthin waren die Haken vorhanden aber nicht von bester/neuester Qualität.
Only climbed up to the 70m steps. Up to there the anchors were there but not of the best/newest quality.
