Wegen dem schönen Wetter heute den Wappbach nochmal begangen. Als eher wenig bekannter Canyon viel schöner als erwartet. Der obere C15 mit Klebeanker und Spreizanker + Bandschlingen abgesichert, der untere mit Kettenstand abgesichert, der Rest mit Innox Einzelanker, allerdings in teils weniger guter Qualität. Insgesamt sind 3 neue Klebeanker angebracht. Diese sind qualitativ sehr gut. Im unteren Teil 2-3 Abkletterpassagen, die durchaus einen weiteren Anker vertragen würden, wenn auch nur 3-4m. Metallteil in der Rutsche noch vorhanden. Lässt sich auch mit Kraftaufwand leider nicht bergen. Ansonsten die übrigen Anker soweit i.O. und alle vorhanden.

Hiked the Wappbach again today because of the nice weather. A little-known canyon, much more beautiful than expected. The upper C15 secured with adhesive anchor and spreader anchor + slings, the lower one secured with chain anchor, the rest with Innox single anchor, but partly in less good quality. A total of 3 new adhesive anchors have been installed. These are of very good quality. In the lower part there are 2-3 downclimbs that could do with another anchor, even if only 3-4m. Metal part still present in the slide. Unfortunately, it cannot be retrieved even with effort. Otherwise, the remaining anchors are OK and all present.

Aufgrund schönem Wetter, die Schlucht nochmals begannen & es war ein sehr schöner canyon mit viel Rutschen und abkletterpassagen. Allerdings ist das metallteil in dem unteren Abschnitt immer noch vorhanden. Ansonsten super empfehlenswert 👍🏼😊

Due to nice weather, started the canyon again & it was a very nice canyon with lots of slides and downclimbs. However, the metal part is still there in the lower part. Otherwise superiore recommendable 👍🏼😊

Heute fast schon als Winter Canyoning begangen. Am Einstieg ca. 20cm Neuschnee. Dafür der Wasserstand im Bach eher normal bis wenig. Die ersten Abseiler mit Klebehaken eingerichtet. Am ersten C15 wäre ein richtiger Kettenstand super. Der zweite hat einen. Je weiter man den Bach absteigt, desto schlechter wird die Qualität der Haken. Vereinzelt 2-3 Klebehaken. Neue Haken waren teilweise sehr locker. Haben 4 Haken mit nem 17er Schlüssel ordentlich verankert. 1 Haken haben wir ausgetauscht. 1 neu gesetzt, dieser war komplett verrostet und kein Innox Anker. Dafür hängt nun ein nagelneuer Innox Anker mit Innox Maillon. Ansonsten ein echt wunderschöner Canyon, der eigentlich keine schlechte Bewertung verdient hat. Super Abseiler, vor allem für Anfänger zum üben geeignet, vor allem mit 15 Stück und einer Vielzahl <5m. Ich schließe mich Christians Eintrag an, wir hatten 1 x20m und 1x40m + Notseil 50m dabei. Hat überall ausgereicht. Thema Notausstiege: In beiden engen Teilen der Schlucht sind weder links noch rechts Notausstiege möglich. Diese teilweise erst 3-4 Abseiler später und eher mittelschwer orographisch links möglich. Nach dem zweiten C15 nochmal ein sehr leichter Notausstieg orographisch links möglich. Ansonsten jederzeit vor der Brücke. Wir haben die Tour in 4 Stunden insgesamt abgeschlossen. Entsprechend wurde Bewertung, Dauer, GPS Informationen und Beschreibung würde aktualisiert. Topo folgt.

Almost winter canyoning today. About 20cm of fresh snow at the entry. But the water level in the stream was normal to low. The first rappels were set up with glued anchors. At the first C15 a proper chain anchor would be superiore. The second has one. The further you descend the stream, the poorer the quality of the anchors. Occasionally 2-3 glued anchors. Some of the new anchors were very loose. We anchored 4 anchors properly with a 17 mm wrench. We replaced 1 anchor. 1 new one, which was completely rusted and not an Innox anchor. Instead, there is now a brand new Innox anchor with Innox maillon. Otherwise a really beautiful canyon that doesn't really deserve a bad rating. Super rappel, especially suitable for beginners to practice, especially with 15 pieces and a variety <5m. I agree with Christian's entry, we had 1 x20m and 1x40m + emergency rope 50m with us. It was enough everywhere. Topic emergency exits: There are no emergency exits left or right in either narrow part of the canyon. Some of these are only possible 3-4 rappels later and rather moderately difficult orographically on the left. After the second C15, another very easy emergency exit is possible orographically to the left. Otherwise at any time before the bridge. We completed the tour in a total of 4 hours. Ist ein sehr schöner canyon zum gehen. Allerdings sind die notausstiege nicht so gut gemacht, weil nicht überall einer ist. Und man sollte ihn vielleicht auch gehen bei schönem Wetter, wir sind ihn heute bei nicht so gutem Wetter gegangen und es war einfach irgendwann kalt. Aber sonst empfehlenswert!

It's a very nice canyon to walk through. However, the emergency exits are not so well done because there isn't one everywhere. And you should probably walk it in good weather, we walked it today in not so good weather and it was just cold at some point. But otherwise recommended!

Da die Kobelache zu viel Wasser hatte, den unteren Mühltobel gemacht. Sprung ist möglich, sowie die Rutsche vor dem Schlussabseiler. Bach wie gewohnt sehr glatt. Anker alle intakt. Wie immer eine schöne Tour.

As the Kobelache had too much water, we did the lower Mühltobel. Jump is possible, as is the slide before the final abseil. Stream very smooth as usual. Anchors all intact. As always a nice tour.

Heute bei eher regnerischem Wetter begangen. Dennoch nur 0,3m³ in der Enz. Wie schon am Wochenende alle Haken top und die Fixseile überwiegend gut in Schuss. Manche müssen demnächst ausgewechselt werden, aber noch nicht bis zum Kern durch. Vom oberen in den Unteren Abschnitt den Weg über die Amannsbrücke genommen und dort aus'm Fenster den C25 gemacht. Sprünge und Rutschen im oberen und unteren Teil alle möglich.

Went today in rather rainy weather. Nevertheless, only 0.3m³ in the Enz. As at the weekend, all anchors were in top condition and the fixed ropes mostly in good shape. Some will have to be replaced soon, but not yet through to the core. From the upper to the lower parts we took the way over the Amannsbrücke and did the C25 out of the window. Jumps and slides in the upper and lower sections are all possible.

Schöner Abseilcanyon mit einigen Abseilstellen. Wasserstand war relativ niedrig. Abseilstellen durch den Wasserstrahl waren daher auch sehr angenehm erfrischend. Stände soweit i.O.

Beautiful rappel canyon with several abseils. The water level was relatively low. Abseils through the water jet were therefore also very pleasantly refreshing. Stands so far ok.

Oberen Teil bis zum zweiten Notausstieg als Nachtcanyoning begangen. Absolut mega Schlucht, vor allem Nachts bei farbiger Beleuchtung!

The upper part up to the second emergency exit can be climbed as night canyoning. Absolutely mega canyon, especially at night with colored lighting!

Begehung bei 0,3m² Wasserstand (Enz). Zustiegs- und Rückweg Beschreibung war in Ordnung, allerdings Topo und Tourbeschreibung eher veraltet. Neue Topo folgt. Ansonsten sehr schöne Schlucht, die tatsächlich ansprechender war als erwartet. Alle Stände waren sehr gut erreichbar. Achtung beim letzten Abseiler C60. Hier muss bereits auf dem 10m erhöhten Vorsprung abgeseilt werden, da unten an der Kante kein weiterer Stand eingebohrt ist.

Inspection at 0.3m² water level (Enz). Access and return route description was fine, but topographic view and route description rather outdated. New topographic view will follow. Otherwise very beautiful canyon, which was actually more appealing than expected. All stands were very easy to reach. Attention at the last rappel C60. Here you already have to rappel on the 10m raised ledge, as there is no further belay at the bottom of the edge.

Alle Stände in Ordnung. Kurz vor dem Einstieg hat es einen Bergrutsch gegeben der am Ende des langen Abseilers die Schlucht getroffen hat, aber keine Probleme verursacht.Ein Fixseil ist etwas angeschaut, sonst alles in Ordnung. Stellenweise sehr rutschig.

All stands in order. Shortly before the entry there was a landslide that hit the canyon at the exit of the long rappel, but did not cause any problems. one fixed rope is a bit worn, otherwise everything is fine. Very slippery in places.

Im Anschluss an den Müselbach kurz vor Ende des oberen Teils eingestiegen. Alle Haken Top, Fixseile ebenfalls fast alle Top in Schuss. Sehr griffig.

Nach dem Müselbach (Jungles Ende) noch in die untere Koblach eingestiegen. Stände und fixseile waren i.O. die Pools schön ausgespült und nicht zugesandet. Ein Fixseil beim vorletzten Abseiler ist schon gut angescheuert und sollte demnächst wohl getauscht werden.

After the Müselbach (Jungle's exit), we entered the lower Koblach. Stands and fixed ropes were ok, the pools were nicely rinsed and not sanded up. A fixed rope at the penultimate rappel is already well chafed and should probably be replaced soon.

Stände waren soweit in Ordnung und gut erreichbar. Gesamter oberer Abschnitt war extrem rutschig.

The stands were fine and easy to reach. The entire upper parts were extremely slippery.

Begehung bei sehr niedrigen Wasserstand. Abseilen war überwiegend trocken, da die Wasserfälle eher tröpfelten statt flossen. Sprünge sind größtenteils gut möglich. In Abschnitt zwei, der den Aufstiegsweg kreuzt war minimaler Bodenkontakt beim Sprung. Dennoch gut begehbar. Verankerungen waren gut erreichbar und intakt.

Ascent at very low water level. Rappels were mostly dry, as the waterfalls dripped rather than flowed. Jumps are mostly possible. In part two, which crosses the ascent route, there was minimal ground contact when jumping. Still easy to walk on. Anchors were easily accessible and intact.

Stark kommerzielle Schlucht, allerdings dafür die Stände absolut Top. Allesamt gut erreichbar und in sehr gutem Zustand.

Heavily commercial canyons, but the beaches are absolutely top. All easily accessible and in very good condition.
