Although all the valves feeding Bodengo were open, all three sections are still doable. The water level is definitely quite high. The first two sections go well, without too many significant hazards. In the third section, the flow increases a little further, but everything can still be descended cleanly. There are a few spots with strong water movements where the current pushes hard against the rock/wall, particularly at the 25 m slide. Despite the strong flow, the slide goes well. That said, these conditions require caution. You need to be experienced with strong water movements, have good water-reading skills and solid canyoning experience before entering the canyon at this level. There is plenty errors in the informations about this canyon. -it is an adventure terrain, not a standard bolted route - descent time is much longer if you don't know the canyon, 5 hours if you are very fast, more normal 6 or 7 hours, especially if you don't know the route, recently a party of 4 took 13 hours... -water level: just check the flow at the end of Bodengo 2, the indication about that pool has no sense at all. - there is often accident in the big slide, the Shark, one of the last bad ones had a pneumothorax..if you know what it is. Just slide starting lower and no problems. -highest waterfall is 60 meters, can be split in 15+45 for example. .last waterfall is 35 meters from the concrete wall, can also be split in a 20+20 m. -broken anchor has been replaced today by a local guide. -most dangerous pool in B3, where at least 5 people have broken an ankle, is in the picture i just uploaded. A hidden very sharp boulder under the white water. - there is no webcam working actually.
