Auf dem Fußweg nach Breil-sur-Roya geht es leicht bergan in nördlicher Richtung. Ohne uns dessen bewusst zu werden, queren wir die Grenze zu Frankreich. An der Markierung "411" biegen wir auf einen Pfad rechts ab, der leicht ansteigend am orograf. li. Hang des Audin aufwärts führt. Wir kommen zur Markierung "445", wo der Einstieg zum unteren Audin (nur Sprünge u. Rutschen ohne echten Abseiler) links hinunter geht.
The footpath to Breil-sur-Roya goes slightly uphill in a northerly direction. Without realizing it, we cross the border with France. At marker "411" we turn right onto a path that climbs slightly up the orographic left slope of Audin. We come to marker "445", where the entry to the lower Audin (only jumps & slides without real rappel) goes down on the left.

Eine Sukzession von Gumpen, versinterten Rutschen und Sprungmöglichkeiten. Bis auf eine Stelle alles ohne Seil machbar. Juli 2024 alles ohne Seil machbar, aber Achtung. Zwei offensichtliche Ruschen sind mit Haken ausgestattet. Die erste ist rutschbar bei der zweiten liegt ein Block unten drin. Diese vorsichtig abklettern und nur den unteren Rest rutschen.
A succession of pools, sintered slides and possible jumps. Except for one place, everything is doable without ropes. July 2024 Everything can be done without a rope, but be careful. Two obvious slides are equipped with anchors. The first is slippable, the second has a block at the bottom. Carefully downclimb these and only slide the lower part.

Am bequemsten vor dem Kanal links hinaus und über den Kanal zum Fußweg. Oder nach dem Kanal unter der Brücke hindurch und links hinauf zum Fußweg. Auf diesem zurück nach Fanghetto.
The easiest way is to turn left before the canal and cross the canal to the footpath. Or after the canal, go under the bridge and left up to the footpath. Follow this back to Fanghetto.
