Von La Palud sur Verdon aus nehmen Sie die D123 bis zur Abzweigung kurz davor und fahren dann geradeaus weiter bis zur Ponsonnet-Brücke, die über den Baou führt (IGN-Höhe 922 m).

Eine Abfolge kleiner Wasserfälle und Schluchten. Ziemlich viel zu laufen. Diese Schlucht liegt zwischen einer Wasserwanderung und Canyoning.
Die größte Schwierigkeit ist der 15 Meter hohe Wasserfall, ansonsten kann der Rest der Schlucht ohne Seile bewältigt werden.
Alle Schwierigkeiten können umgangen werden.
