Wie bei Nala inf.: Vom Autobahnkreuz im Norden von Bellinzona auf der N2 Richtung Biasca. Über Claro und Cresciano kommen wir nach Osogna (11,4 km von Autobahn bis zur Brücke über die Nala). Nach der Nalabrücke bis zum Friedhof fahren und dort das Auto abstellen.
As for Nala inferiore: from the freeway junction north of Bellinzona, take the N2 towards Biasca. Via Claro and Cresciano we arrive to Osogna (11,4 km from freeway to the bridge over the Nala). After the bridge over the Nala, drive up to the cemetery and leave the car there.

Gehen Sie auf der Straße oberhalb des Parkplatzes in Richtung Fluss und steigen Sie zum großen Endbecken hinab. Überprüfen Sie den Wasserfluss, überqueren Sie dann das Flussbett in Richtung Süden und wandern Sie auf der schmalen Bergstraße bis zum Beginn des Weges nach Pönt und Valle di Osogna. Nach dem steilen Anstieg nach Pönt wird der Weg flacher und tritt dann in das Valle di Osogna ein. Bei der Brücke auf 839m startet der Einstieg.
Walk along the path above the parking lot towards the river and descend to the large final basin. Check the water flow, then cross the riverbed to the south and hike along the narrow mountain road to the beginning of the trail to Pönt and Valle di Osogna. After the steep climb to Pönt, the trail flattens out and then enters the Valle di Osogna. At the bridge at 839m the entry starts.

Zwischen C27 und C19 Steinschlaggefahr. Highlight des Abschnitts ist der sehr eng eingeschnittene C23. Falls der Wasserstand für Tourteilnehmer zu hoch ist, muss einer durch und unten eine Seilfähre aufbauen (dann mind. 35m Seil erforderlich, Haken sind vorhanden).
Between C27 and C19 danger of falling rocks. Highlight of the part is the very narrow cut C23. If the water level is too high for tour participants, one must go through and below set up a rope ferry (then at least 35m of rope required, anchors are available).
