From Imst up to Hochimst and park your car in the parking lot of the lift.

From the parking lot, follow the road in a southerly direction. Where it turns east, continue straight ahead along the path to the stream. There you can take a look at the so-called Blue Grotto, a cave that was dug into the mountain in Roman times.

River walk with a few small steps that can be downclimbed or slid down. There are fixed ropes where necessary.

Before the start of the lower Rosengarten gorge, which is not suitable for canyoning, get out and up to the road. There take the footpath to Hochimst.
