From Varallo Sesia continue on SP299 to Alagna Valsesia; after the village of Boccorio, there is a tunnel: immediately after the tunnel and before the bridge on the Sesia river, turn right on a smaller road, after about 100 m, leave the car in the parking area.

From the parking area, follow the dirt road to the right; after about 200 meters, you will see red and orange markers on the right. Ascend through the woods, following the markers along faint paths and old trails. You will reach a grove of large beech trees and then a power pylon; continue the steep ascent, still following the red/orange markers. At a certain point, you emerge from the woods and the path becomes more distinct, winding along the easiest lines of the steep slope (markers continue). You arrive near the stream and cross it; this is the exit point for the upper section and the entry point for the lower section (the canyon's only escape route). For the upper section, continue the ascent following the markers, now along the orographic left side of the canyon. At a very steep spot, use a fixed rope for assistance; then reach a large pine tree. Further on, the path approaches the canyon; looking over the edge reveals the stream below. Climb another 50 meters to a point where the path overlooks the canyon drop-off; the markers end here, and you rappel down about 30 meters from a tree to reach the stream.

After rappelling down from the tree, you immediately encounter the highest waterfall (45 m), split into an R15 (left) + R30 (right). Next come an R17 (right) + R20 (left); the latter is very narrow and can be dangerous during periods of high flow. This is followed by MC10 (left) + C30 (left), the latter also being very narrow. The canyon concludes with an R15 (right), the only open waterfall on the route. For now, is all bolted in 10mm fix inox sigle points.

After the last abseil, descend on the same path of the approach.
