Von Aix-en-Provence aus fahren Sie auf der D10 in Richtung Vauvenargues. Fahren Sie an St-Marc-de-Jaumegarde vorbei, an der Abzweigung zum Staudamm von Bimont und Les Bonfillons mit seiner Ampel, um zum Parkplatz Venturiers auf der rechten Seite der D10 zu gelangen, eineinhalb Kilometer vor Vauvenargues.

From Aix-en-Provence, take the D10 toward Vauvenargues. Drive past St-Marc-de-Jaumegarde, past the turnoff for the Bimont Dam and Les Bonfillons (with its traffic light), to reach the Venturiers parking lot on the right side of the D10, one and a half kilometers before Vauvenargues.

Vom Parkplatz aus den GR hinuntergehen, unten links abbiegen. Der Weg führt zum Bach La Cause und dann zu einem Pfad. Biegen Sie rechts ab in Richtung Le Prieuré und Puyloubier GR9, überqueren Sie die Brücke La Cause und folgen Sie dem Weg, bis er sich in zwei Richtungen teilt. Folgen Sie dieser und steigen Sie zunächst zum Ausgang der Schlucht hinab. Biegen Sie dann 20 m nach dem Stamm einer großen umgestürzten Kiefer (Steinhaufen) links ab und gehen Sie in Richtung des Felsgrats an der offensten Stelle des Hangs (folgen Sie den wenigen Steinhaufen). Ein schlecht markierter Pfad führt Sie zu einer kleinen Kluft, die Sie hinunterklettern müssen, um zum Beginn der Schlucht zu gelangen.

From the parking lot, head down the GR trail and turn left at the bottom. The trail leads to the La Cause stream and then to a path. Turn right toward Le Prieuré and Puyloubier (GR9), cross the La Cause bridge, and follow the trail until it splits into two directions. Now take the left path, which is marked with a signpost (SV102) and a “No Motorized Vehicles” sign pointing toward Vauvenargues (Vallon du Délubre loop trail). Hike to the small mountain pass at an elevation of 427 m according to the IGN (the canyon is visible from the path). Just before the pass, a sort of valley floor has formed to the right below. Follow this and first descend toward the exit of the canyon. Then, 20 m past the trunk of a large fallen pine tree (cairn), turn left and head toward the rocky ridge at the most open part of the slope (follow the few cairns). A poorly marked trail leads you to a small crevice that you must climb down to reach the start of the canyon.

Die Schlucht ist sehr kurz. Man passiert die Mulde unter der großen toten Kiefer, überquert einige kleine Gours und gelangt dann zu einer Schlucht mit einer C3 (Sprung möglich + Schwimmen), C4 (Sprung von 4 oder 6 m über eine MC auf der rechten Seite möglich + Schwimmen) , Abstieg von der C3 oder Abseilen an einem Punkt auf der rechten Seite, wenn es rutschig ist, C5 (Sprung möglich + Schwimmen). Am rechten Ufer aussteigen, wenn die Schlucht endet. Geeignet für Kinder und Erwachsene ohne Erfahrung, die sich zum ersten Mal im Canyoning versuchen möchten. Achtung! Der Felsen ist beim 6 m hohen Sprung über den zweiten Wasserfall ziemlich rutschig, der Absprungpunkt ist schwierig zu erreichen. Verwenden Sie den vorhandenen Handlauf zum Klettern. Der Zugang zum Massiv ist während der Sommermonate streng reglementiert. Beachten Sie die geltenden Vorschriften!

The canyon is very short. You pass through the hollow beneath the large dead pine tree, cross a few small gours, and then reach a canyon with a C3 (jump possible + swim), C4 (jump of 4 or 6 m over an MC on the right side possible + swimming), descent from the C3 or rappelling at a point on the right side if it’s slippery, and a C5 (jump possible + swimming). Exit on the right bank where the canyon ends. Suitable for children and adults with no experience who want to try canyoning for the first time. Warning! The rock is quite slippery at the 6-meter jump over the second waterfall, and the jump-off point is difficult to reach. Use the handrail provided to climb up. Access to the mountain range is strictly regulated during the summer months. Please observe the applicable regulations!

Auf der rechten Uferseite den Pfad bis zum Weg hinaufsteigen und den Hinweg zurück zum Parkplatz nehmen. Sie können den Abstieg mehrmals am Tag wiederholen, da die Verbindungsstrecke nur 10 Minuten dauert.

On the right bank, follow the path uphill to the trail and take the same route back to the parking lot. You can repeat the descent several times a day, since the walk takes only 10 minutes.
