Von Ilanz kommend fährt man die Hauptstraße in Richtung Vals. Nach der kleinen Ortschaft Lunschania wird gleich hinter der nächsten Gallerie auf der rechten Seite geparkt. Das zweite Auto oder ein Fahrrad kann man der Straße weiter oben parken. Dieser Parkplatz befindet sich nach einer Reihe von Galerien gleich nachdem die Hauptstraße den Valser Rhein quert, ebenfalls auf der rechten Seite. Den Wasserstand kann man sich von der Hauptstraße aus anschauen, wenn man dieser noch ca 200m folgt.

Coming from Ilanz, take the main road in the direction of Vals. After the small village of Lunschania, park immediately behind the next gallery on the right-hand side. The second car or a bicycle can be parked further up the road. This parking lot is located after a series of galleries just after the main road crosses the Vals Rhine, also on the right-hand side. You can see the water level from the main road if you follow it for another 200m.

Vom unteren Parkplatz aus Quert man die Straße und folgt dem Forstweg für etwa 50 m. Danach biegt der Wanderweg zur Alp Rischuna rechts ab. Diesem folgt man bis auf eine Höhe von ca 1910m. Nachdem der Weg ein Felsband gequert hat biegt man rechts auf einen schlecht sichtbaren Jägersteig ab. Dieser führt steil durch den Wald bis zum Einstieg.

From the lower parking lot, cross the road and follow the forest path for about 50 m. The hiking trail to Alp Rischuna then turns off to the right. Follow this path up to an altitude of approx. 1910m. After the path crosses a rocky ledge, turn right onto a poorly visible hunters path. This leads steeply through the forest to the entry point.

Am Anfang ist der Bach eher Horizontal mit nur gelegentlichen Abseilern. Dies ändert sich allmählich dahin, dass der Bach immer Vertikaler wird und keine Gehstrecken mehr zwischen den Abseilern sind. Obwohl der Bach eher offen wirkt, schneidet er sich bei den Abseilern immer ein, sodass man im Wasser abseilen muss. Die Abseiler sind schön eingeschliffen und haben meist eine Zwischengumpe. Die beiden hohen Abseiler mit Gysir haben jeweils ihre Abseilstrecke auf der orographisch rechten Seite. Although the stream seems rather open, it always cuts into the rappels so that you have to rappel in the water. The rappels are nicely cut in and usually have an intermediate pump. The two high rappels with Gysir each have their rappelling routes on the orographic right-hand side. Nach dem letzten Abseiler durch den Wald bis zum Valser Rhein, diesen an geeigneter Stelle überqueren und auf der anderen Seite zur Straße hoch steigen.
