Summary:
The Garganta de Escuain is a huge canyon that collects water from a whole series of side canyons (e.g. Angones, Consusa, Trasito, just to name a few). Unfortunately, most of these side streams are not open for canyoning because they are located in the (Ordesa) National Park.\nIn the canyon there is also a small rappel canyon, the Escuain inferior, but the highlight is the whole great canyon, which is well developed with hiking trails.\nIn the canyon there is also a strong karst spring breaking out of the mountain. It is located at the exit of one of the passage caves with the largest height difference. I have already tried once, together with the Chiemgau cave bears for the necessary permission - no chance.\nFor children, this canyon is a wonderland set up by nature, which will inspire them again and again.
