Von Breil aus nehmen Sie die Straße in Richtung Tende. Verlassen Sie den ersten Tunnel und biegen Sie rechts ab auf die Straße, die zur Madone de Poggio hinaufführt. In einer Linkskurve parken Sie an der Markierung 161. Frühling. Achten Sie auf die Strömung der Bendola.

Dann verläuft er seitlich bis zu einer Weggabelung (Steinhaufen), wo man auf dem linken Weg in 5 Minuten ins Tal von Grana hinuntersteigt. Der Zugang von der Markierung 160 dauert 1 Stunde 20 Minuten.

From there, leave the GR and take the trail to the left up to the ridge at 829 m (a few concrete houses on the right) (1h10). From this ridge, you can overlook the valley. Then immediately follow a path to the left that descends slightly and, a little further on, passes under the sheepfold (you’ll see a black pipe). Walk past it and follow the path, which now climbs slightly, crosses a dry valley, and climbs again slightly. It then runs along the side of the valley to a fork in the trail (marked by a cairn), where you take the left path and descend into the Grana Valley in 5 minutes. The hike from marker 160 takes 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Eine weitere 30-minütige Wanderung im Fluss, unterbrochen von zwei schönen Sprüngen, geht der Abfolge von drei Vertikalen (C10, C18, C35) in einem herrlichen Einschnitt mit sehr schönen Tuffwasserfällen voraus (die zweite Vertikale C15 fällt in ein tiefes Becken). Beim Verlassen der linken Seite ermöglicht ein Seil den Zugang zur 35 m hohen Höhle der Abseiler. Der weitere Verlauf der Strecke ist äußerst unterhaltsam: Sprünge, Rutschen, sehr klare grüne Becken, Engstellen, unterbrochen von winzigen Stufen, herrliche Farben im Sonnenlicht. Die Strecke, die bei Markierung 160 beginnt, ist für den nicht ortsansässigen Verkehr gesperrt.

The course of the “Vallon du Mont Aigu” tributary is a river walk along calcified tuff. At the confluence with the Vallon de l’Aiga, which feeds into it, you enter the Vallon de Granale, which has a slightly higher flow rate. Another 30-minute hike in the river, punctuated by two beautiful jumps, precedes a series of three vertical drops (C10, C18, C35) in a magnificent gulch with very beautiful tuff waterfalls (the second vertical drop, C15, plunges into a deep pool). Upon exiting the left side, a rope provides access to the 35-meter-high rappellers’ cave. The rest of the route is extremely entertaining: jumps, slides, crystal-clear green pools, narrow passages interspersed with tiny steps, and magnificent colors in the sunlight. The route, which begins at marker 160, is closed to non-local traffic.
