Von Huesca fahren wir auf der A-23/N-330 nordwärts nach Sabinanigo, von da weiter auf der N-260 nach Biescas (bis hierher 68,5 km). Noch einmal 12,2 km weiter Richtung Col de Portalet und wir biegen rechts ab auf die A-2606. Nach 3,3 km passieren wir die Ortschaft Panticosa und kommen nach insgesamt 3,6 km (ab A-136) zu einer links hinauf abzweigenden steilen Piste. Sie beschreibt zunächst einen Links-, später dann einen Rechtsbogen und zieht nun ziemlich horizontal nach ONO. Wir kommen zum Bco. del Monde und stellen unser Auto hier ab, wo ein Trampelpfad seinen Anfang nimmt.
From Huesca we drive north on the A-23/N-330 to Sabinanigo, from there we continue on the N-260 to Biescas (68.5 km to this point). Continue for another 12.2 km towards Col de Portalet and turn right onto the A-2606. After 3.3 km we pass the village of Panticosa and after a total of 3.6 km (from the A-136) we come to a steep track branching off to the left uphill. It first bends to the left, then to the right and now runs fairly horizontally to the NE. We come to the Bco. del Monde and park our car here, where a trail begins.

Er zieht orograf. rechtsufrig an den genannten Bco. hoch. Auf etw 1420 m Höhe knickt der Pfad nach ONO. Nach evtl. Schwierigkeiten mit der Wegfindung kommen wir zum Forronias bei einer unterirdischen Wasserableitung (Einstieg). Siehe:

Ca. 15 Abseiler; zunächst 7 Trockenabseiler, dann rechts eine Quelle, die im Sommer das Bachbett nicht alimentieren kann. Nach weiteren 4 Abseilern wird der Abstieg dann aquatischer, da zur Rechten eine Karstquelle ihr Wasser aus der Felswand presst. Von hier 3 weitere Abseiler und wir kommen zum Schlussakkord, dem überhängenden 42 m - Abseiler. Danach im gerölligen Bachbett abwärts, bis wir rechts auf die Piste aussteigen können
Approx. 15 rappels; first 7 dry rappels, then to the right a spring that cannot aliment the streambed in summer. After another 4 rappels, the descent then becomes more aquatic, as on the right a karst spring presses its water from the rock face. From here 3 more rappels and we come to the final chord, the overhanging 42 m - rappel. Then down in the scree streambed until we can exit to the right onto the slope.

Le début du canyon etait sec dès le départ mais les premières vasques pas encore croupies. Lorsque l'eau revient, on est ravie de mettre la veste car l'eau est froide mais les ancrages sont positionnees principalement en dehors des cascades. La descente en est facilitée!
