Gleiche Anfahrt wie zur Soffia bzw dem Val Pisson (vgl. dort). Das Auto für den Zustieg stellen wir also am Nordende des Lago del Mis bei der Bar alla Soffia ab, wo dann die für Nichtanlieger gesperrte Straße als Zuweg für die Soffia beginnt ( P1 - 430m Höhe).\n\nein zweites Auto stellen wir an der Mündung des Baches aus dem Val Rui Biachi ab. Dazu fahren wir auf der Straße, die uns zu P1 gebracht hat weiter nach Norden, am Torrente Mis - flussaufwärts - entlang. Wir passieren das von links herabziehende Val Costalunga und kommen nach 2,7 km ab P1 zu einer Ruine rechts der Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der Mündung "unseres" Baches in den Torrente Mis. Hier stellen wir das Auto für den Ausstieg ab (P2).

Same approach as to the Soffia or the Val Pisson (see there). We leave the car for the access at the north end of the Lago del Mis at the Bar alla Soffia, where then the road closed to non-residents begins as an access road for the Soffia ( P1 - 430m altitude).\n\a second car we leave at the mouth of the stream from the Val Rui Biachi. To do this, we continue north along the road that brought us to P1, along the Torrente Mis - upstream. We pass the Val Costalunga descending from the left and after 2.7 km from P1 we come to a ruin on the right of the road in the immediate vicinity of the mouth of "our" stream in the Torrente Mis. Here we park the car for the exit (P2).

Wir steigen von P1 die Straße hinauf wie beim Zustieg zur Soffia. Wir passieren die Häuser von Gena Madia (570m Höhe) und kommen hinauf nach Gena Alta in 800m Höhe. Hier geht es rechts (in östl. Richtung) zum Einstieg in Soffia und Val Pisson. Wir nehmen jedoch den nur noch wenig benutzten Steig, der in nordwestlicher Richtung aus dem Weiler hinaus führt. Auf 970m Höhe biegt ein unscheinbarer Pfad von diesem Steig links ab. Er bleibt im Wesentlichen horizontal und wir betreten ein Felsband. Wir kommen zu einer Grotte mit Gedenktafel. Auf dem Felsband geht es immer weiter, teilweise ist der Weg abgerutscht. Er wird zunehmend exponierter. Das Band endet schließlich auf 1100m Höhe in einem Graben - "(E)". Der Abstieg beginnt mit 2 Abseilern, gefolgt von einem Marsch bis auf 850m Höhe abwärts.

From P1 we climb up the road as on the access to Soffia. We pass the houses of Gena Madia (570m altitude) and come up to Gena Alta at 800m altitude. Here we turn right (eastwards) to the entry to Soffia and Val Pisson. However, we take the little-used path that leads out of the hamlet in a north-westerly direction. At an altitude of 970m, an inconspicuous path turns off to the left from this path. It remains essentially horizontal and we enter a rocky ledge. We come to a grotto with a memorial plaque. We continue along the ledge, the path has slipped in places. It becomes increasingly exposed. The ledge finally exits at 1100m in a ditch - "(E)". The descent begins with 2 rappels, followed by a march down to an altitude of 850m.

Hier -"E"- beginnt eine Folge von 11 Abseilern und einigen Sprungmöglichkeiten. Nach einer C25 mit scharfer Kante und einer C15 in endet der Abstieg in einem großen Gumpen.

Here - "E"- begins a sequence of 11 rappels and some possible jumps. After a C25 with sharp edge and a C15 in ends the descent in a large pool.

Nach dem großen Gumpen geht es den Bach entlang hinaus zur Straße und zum Auto bei P2.
