Es gibt eine Zufahrts- und Zustiegsmöglichkeit von Norden (Beceite) und eine von Osten (Tortosa). Letztere soll hier beschrieben werden.\nWir verlassen die AP-7 - Autopista del Mediteráneo, Tarragona nach Valencia - kurz vor Erreichen des Ebro und fahren über die C-12 nordwärts nach Tortosa (nicht ganz 20 km bis Stadtmitte). In der Ortschaft fahren wi weiter auf der C-12 nordwärts in Richtung Lleida. \nAm großen Platz "Plaça de la Corona d'Aragó" - noch vor Erreichen des Einkaufszentrums auf der rechten Seite - biegen wir links ab in die Av. Ports Tortosa-Beseit Zunächst fahren wir über Roquetes, nehmen dann den Cami de Caro in vielen Serpentinen hinauf in das Hochtal am Fuße des Monte Caro - 19,6 km ab Tortosa.
Wo sich sie Straße hier verzweigt, nehmen wir nicht die Straße links hinauf zum Monte Caro, sondern halten uns rechts . Diese Straße - später mutiert sie zur Piste - fahren wir nun 5,7 km in südwestlicher Richtung bergab.
An dieser Stelle zweigt rechts eine Piste in rechtem Winkel ab. Sie ist normalerweise für Kfz gesperrt (Schranke), scheint aber in der Zeit vom 15. Okt. bis 1. Dez. mit Kfz. befahrbar zu sein.
Das würde den nachstehend ab hier beschriebenen Zustieg erübrigen.
Wir stellen also hier unser Auto ab, falls wir nicht in dem fraglichen Zeitraum hier ankommen.
There is one access and entry option from the north (Beceite) and one from the east (Tortosa). The latter is described here.\nWe leave the AP-7 - Autopista del Mediteráneo, Tarragona to Valencia - shortly before reaching the Ebro and take the C-12 northwards to Tortosa (not quite 20 km to the town center). Once in the town, continue north on the C-12 towards Lleida. \At the large square "Plaça de la Corona d'Aragó" - before reaching the shopping center on the right - we turn left into Av. Ports Tortosa-Beseit First we drive via Roquetes, then take the Cami de Caro in many serpentines up into the high valley at the foot of Monte Caro - 19.6 km from Tortosa.
Where the road branches off here, we do not take the road on the left up to Monte Caro, but keep to the right. This road - which later mutates into a dirt track - we now ride downhill in a south-westerly direction for 5.7 km.
At this point, a dirt road branches off to the right at a right angle. It is normally closed to vehicles (barrier), but appears to be open to vehicles from Oct. 15 to Dec. 1.
This would make the access described below unnecessary.
We therefore park our car here if we do not arrive here during the period in question.

Wir gehen/fahren nun als diese Piste und folgen dabei immer dem "Hauptweg", zunächst in etwa horizontal in Grundrichtung Norden, dann in westlicher Richtung bergab. Bei der Doppelserpentine findet sich rechterhand im Bachbett der Salt de Cabrit (25 m), der eingesichert ist und von der Piste aus angelaufen werden kann. Weiter auf der Piste sehen wir den Ragatxol dann zwischen den Felsen rechts verschwinden (4,3 km ab Abzweigung). Hier steigen wir in das Bachbett und gehen vor bis zur Verengung.

We now walk/ride as this slope and always follow the "main path", initially roughly horizontally in a northerly direction, then downhill in a westerly direction. At the double serpentine, the Salt de Cabrit (25 m) can be found righthand side in the streambed, which is secured and can be approached from the slope. Further along the slope, we see the Ragatxol disappearing between the rocks on the right (4.3 km from the junction). Here we enter the streambed and continue to the narrowing.

Zunächst einige Gumpenhüpfer, dann der große Abseiler in der Kethedrale. Je nach Wasserstand kann die abzuseilende Höhe hier zwischen 45m und 55m schwanken. Anschließend noch etwas Laufen und einige Gummpen, dann sind wir schon am Ende der Tour.
First a few rappel jumps, then the big rappel in the Kethedrale. Depending on the water level, the rappel height here can vary between 45m and 55m. Afterwards, a bit of walking and a few more gum hops, then we are already at the exit of the tour.
