From Lago di Como - either from Lecco via Introbio or (shorter) from Bellano - SP62 - up into the Valsàssina. At Taceno we turn onto the SP67 and drive up to Premana. There we leave our car in the parking garage (see Google access sketch in photo gallery - 960m altitude).

We take the hiking trail in the direction of Alpe Deluguaggio (can also be approached from the top deck of the parking garage - hiking guide Rother, Lake Como, tour no. 29). We pass the houses of the hamlet of Gorla. At the first house of the hamlet of Zucco (1030m altitude) we then pass to the right uphill (several arrows - do not follow the fresh red-white-red markings on the left).After the fork at the chapel (1520m altitude) we leave the path to the left, cross the stream (Torrente Varroncello - 1520m altitude) and on the opposite slope we first keep left uphill for about 20 more meters of altitude, we reach a path again (1540m altitude), which then descends to the entry to Torrente Valle Legnone (1450m altitude).

A total of 15 rappel. The descent begins with a 25m rappel. At 1240m, from the left comes the Torrente Varrocello. This doubles the water flow. At a footbridge, get off on the footpath to the left (980m altitude).
