Access path is rather steep but obvious, a bit overgrown and short (start by the green handrail, up to a water tank or what, than follow the pipeline). Takes 20-25 minutes. The big one needs careful logistics: 2m + 6m + 32m + 50m, all on the right. The two later ones are free-hanging, but at least out of water. Not as slippery as it seems.

Ein sehr kurzer Canyon mit einem wunderschönen, atemberaubenden Wasserfall mit einer faszinierenden Aussicht. Bei dem Canyon Agua Alto handelt es sich um zwei Wasserfälle. Der obere Wasserfall noch eingeschnitten, der C90 offen mit Blick auf dem Atlantic. Die zweite, ca. 90 Meter hohe Kaskade, endet direkt neben der Straße (VE2, São Vicente - Porto Moniz) und fließt dort in den Atlantischen Ozean. Der 90 Meter Wasserfall wird in mehreren Zwischenständen begangen.

A very short canyon with a beautiful, breathtaking waterfall with a fascinating view. There are two waterfalls in the Agua Alto canyon. The upper waterfall is still cut in, the C90 open with a view of the Atlantic. The second cascade, about 90 meters high, ends right next to the road (VE2, São Vicente - Porto Moniz) and flows into the Atlantic Ocean. The 90-metre waterfall is accessed in several intermediate stages.
