We leave the AP-7 (Autopista de la Mediterrania) on the way from Tarragona towards Valencia about 23 km after crossing the Ebro at exit 43 - Vinaròs. After leaving the highway, take the N-238 towards Vinaròs for about 2 km, but then turn right and take the CV-11 towards La Senia. We pass El Castel and arrive at La Senia (about 18.8 km from the highway exit). From La Senia, continue on the CV-105 to the Pantà de Ulldecona reservoir (about 7.5 km from the center of La Senia). We drive over an arm of the reservoir and turn right immediately after the bridge onto a dirt road. First we ride along the reservoir, then we cross the river on its eastern bank and stay right at the next fork. Continue on the main path along the Barranc de la Fou until you reach a parking lot with information boards on the banks of the stream (10.3 km from the bridge over the reservoir). We now continue up the slope on foot. After about 5.6 km we come to a water basin. Here we head south between the pine trees directly into the barranco. 13 rappels; first running and downclimbing in the Barranc de la Carrasca, then the Barranc des Cirerers enters from the right, it gets narrower and the rappels begin. Where the canyon opens up again, a longer running section follows before we tackle the final section. Before this final section, you can exit to the left onto a path that leads down to the slope.
