Bei 2050 hm eingestiegen ca 4 abseiler ausgelassen... Nach dem c30 liegt ein toter Hund... Am letzten abseiler wäre ein Haken angebracht... konnte man aber behilsmässig umgehen... In der schlucht könnten mindestens 2 abkletterstellen entschärft werden... indem man Haken setzt.
At 2050 hm got in about 4 rappel left out... After the c30 there is a dead dog... At the last rappel an anchor would have been appropriate... but you could easily avoid it... In the canyon at least 2 downclimbs could be defused... by placing anchors.

Mit dem Bus nach Nagens und von da 1h zustieg. Wenige rutschige Stellen, Wasserstand durchgehend gut handhabbar. Stände alle OK. Im unteren Teil einiges an Holz. Abstieg zu Fuß in 1h10 bis Flims.
By bus to Nagens and from there 1h access. Few slippery spots, water level manageable throughout. Stands all OK. Some wood in the lower part. Descent on foot in 1h10 to Flims.

Verankerungen durchgehend gut. Wir hatten einen Seilklemmer an einem Baum. Es bietet sich an dafür etwas altes Seil mitzubringen und an dem Baum einen Stand einzurichten. Im Herbst landschaftlich sehr schön anzuschauen.
Anchoring good throughout. We had a rope jam on a tree. It is a good idea to bring some old ropes with you and set up a stand on the tree. Very scenic in the fall.

Ich habe nur den unteren Teil (letzten 2 Wasserfälle ab der Brücke) gemacht. 2 tolle Sprünge (5 und 11 Meter). Oben laut Auskunft alles tip top.
I only did the lower part (last 2 waterfalls from the bridge). 2 great jumps (5 and 11 meters). At the top, according to the information, everything was tip top.

Alles tip top, bis auf die vielen Bäume in der Tour. Da muss man aufpassen bzw. gut überlegen wie man das Abseilen macht, damit sich das Seil nicht verhängt. Eine Säge wäre sinnvoll. Am Anfang keine Haken. Aufpassen sehr rutschig.
Everything was great, except for the many trees on the tour. You have to be careful or think carefully about how to do the rappel so that the rope doesn't get caught. A saw would be useful. No anchors at the beginning. Watch out, very slippery.

Alles ok. Schöner Wasserstand. Einige ältere Haken und Schlingen könnte man in nächster Zeit ersetzen. Paar etwas höhere Stellen zum abklettern. Aber gut machbar. Teilweise so eng, dass der Rucksack runtergenommen werden muss. Wahnsinns Canyon unter der Eiger Nordwand.
Everything ok. Nice water level. Some older anchors and slings could be replaced in the near future. A few slightly higher places to downclimb. But easily doable. Sometimes so narrow that you have to take your rucksack off. Insane canyon under the north face of the Eiger.

Den Zustieg mit der Gondel abgekürzt (ab Bergstation 65min bis zum Einstieg) Der obere Teil ist nett , der untere definitiv um einiges besser , wasserreicher , schöner,... Haken soweit ok (beim ersten C40 war der mögliche Umsteiger nach 10m locker -wir haben ihn ausgelassen)
Shortened the access with the gondola (from the mountain station 65min to the entry) The upper part is nice, the lower part is definitely much better, watery, more beautiful,... Anchors ok so far (on the first C40 the possible transfer was loose after 10m - we skipped it)

Alles wieder tip top. Wir haben beim Ausstieg ein neues 180 m Seil eingebaut. Jetzt unbedingt das weiße Seil und nicht das schwarze Seil verwenden. Wir haben auch einige neue Haken gesetzt. Unglaubliche Schlucht unter Eiger/Jungfrau/Mönch.
Everything is tip top again. We installed a new 180 m rope at the exit. Now be sure to use the white rope and not the black rope. We also put in some new anchors. Incredible canyon below Eiger/Jungfrau/Mönch.

Alles tip top. 2te Begehung in diesem Urlaub. Bootstransfer am Ammos Strand organisiert. Sowas erlebt man halt nur hier. Alle Stände mit 2 Ringen oder Kette. Einmaliges Erlebnis. Ein must do auf der Insel.

Da uns bei der letzten Begehung das Seil beim Abziehen stecken bliebt, sind wir nochmals rein. Das ist bei der 3-fach Sequenz passiert beim 2ten Abseiler. Am Besten einen ordentlichen Ruck geben, kurz bevor das Seil aus dem Ring springt. Das hat sich in einem Mini-Siphon verklemmt und konnt nur sehr schwer befreit werden, aber machbar. Sonst eine großartige Schlucht. 2 Autos erforderlich bzw. Shuttle. Zufahrtsstraße sehr schlecht und nur mit hohem Auto erreichbar.
As the rope got stuck on the last ascent when we were pulling it off, we went in again. This happened on the triple sequence on the second rappel. It's best to give it a good jerk just before the rope jumps out of the ring. It got stuck in a mini-siphon and was very difficult to free, but doable. Otherwise a great canyon. 2 cars or shuttle required. Access road very bad and only accessible by high car.

Alles tip top. Am Einstieg ist uns ein Hippie begegnet, der uns erklärt hat, dass wir unerwünscht sind, weil wir die Schlucht zerstören. Haben uns dann geeinigt und uns nett unterhalten. Der letzte Abseiler ist mit 60 m Seil machbar, wenn man den unteren Haken nimmt. Super Anfängerschlucht mit tollen Einzelzellen.
Everything was tip top. At the entry point we met a hippie who told us that we were not wanted because we were destroying the canyon. We then came to an agreement and had a nice chat. The last rappel is doable with 60 m of rope if you take the lower anchor. Super beginner's gorge with great single cells.

Alles tip top. Wir haben mit 4 Kindern in Summe 9 Stunden gebraucht. Das rauslaufen zieht sich. Wurden vom Boot am Vatas Strand abgeholt. Helenes 1ster Canyon.
Everything was top notch. We needed a total of 9 hours with 4 children. The walk out takes a while. We were picked up from the boat at Vatas beach. Helene's 1st canyon.

Gute Wahl ! (Danke Luci ;-) ) wenn viel Wasser im Tessin ist. Toll wenn man vertikale Schluchten mag. ca 30 min vor uns wurden die Stände noch erweitert/ verbessert ,..perfektes Service ;-)
Good choice ! (Thanks Luci ;-) ) when there is a lot of water in Ticino. Great if you like vertical canyons. About 30 minutes before us the stands were extended/improved,...perfect service ;-)

Von unten zeigte sich guter Wasserdurchsatz, ... ein guter Zeitpunkt um hier mal durchzugehen Den ersten und dritten Längeren Absatz haben wir durchgeseilt. Beim zweiten haben wir den Zwischenstand nach ca 30m verwendet. Stände soweit ok, die nicht genützten Zwischenstände konnten wir halt nur optisch beurteilen. Eine gute Wahl heute
There was good water flow from below, ... a good time to go through here We roped through the first and third longer ledges. On the second we used the intermediate belay after about 30m. Stands so far ok, the unused intermediate stands we could only judge visually. A good choice today

Wunderschöne Vertikalität! Am besten 2x100m Seil mitnehmen, um Zwischenstände zu überspringen. Wunderschöner Zustieg. Am besten machen, wenn es überall sonst zu viel Wasser hat.
Wonderful verticality! Best to take 2x100m ropes with you to skip intermediate stands. Beautiful access. Best done when there is too much water everywhere else.
