On Regional Road 50 toward Primiero, park at the Cismon Creek reservoir (link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/D8C4CXCxdTy1fNuQ9); leave your car here to retrieve it at the end of the hike. Then drive back toward Fonzaso until you reach the Val Schener Dam. Turn left onto the dirt road signposted “Rifugio Vederna” and follow it for about 40 minutes until you reach a left-hand curve (coordinates 46°07'02.0“N 11°47'17.0”E), where you can park your vehicle.

From the parking lot, walk uphill for about 50 meters. Take the path downhill through the woods for about 100 meters, continuing straight ahead at first and then turning right. The trail leads to a large tree located at the edge of the cliff, which is easily recognizable by an orange fixed rope.

The route begins with a majestic 240-meter vertical climb, divided into six pitches (8+70+30+35+50+60); to tackle this section, it is essential to have two ropes of at least 70 meters and to take the utmost care not to overshoot the intermediate belay stations. Once you reach the base of the large waterfall, the route continues into a picturesque, tree-lined section featuring an additional 20 rappels.

At the end of the final descent, the trail leads directly onto the main road, near the parking lot previously designated for vehicle retrieval.
