Access:
We’ll leave the car in the village of Jerte, near the tourist information centre.
Approach (15 min):
From the village of Jerte, next to the information kiosk, follow a track that is tarmac at the start but turns into a dirt track towards the end. You’ll reach the junction with the River de los Hoyos, where the descent begins.
Tour (2 h):
A smooth descent with a normal flow rate.
Return (5 min):
Continue along the gorge until you reach a ford. Take the track on the right.
