Drive south on the SS13 from Austria and at Chiusaforte turn left into the Raccolana Valley. Stay on the SP76 road for about 6.2km until you reach the small village of "Saletto". At the entrance to the village, stay on the SP76, then you will pass a bus stop and just behind it - on the left - is the bridge over the Raccolana. Turn left here. Follow the road for about 800m into the small collection of houses "Chiout Cali" over the bridge of the Rio Malimberg. It is best to park here by the Rio Malimberg so that the residents of Chiout Cali are not disturbed. If you want to check the water, you can stay on the road for about 200m and walk down the path for about 5-10 min to Rio Sbrici. Take the shuttle car back to "Saletto", turn right at the bridge over the Raccolana river and go back down the Raccolana valley, as you did before. From Saletto you go out of the valley for 3,6km passing by the "Cascate Repepeit" (waterfall on the left side of the valley) until you turn right before the bridge over the Raccolana towards "Chiout Micheli"/ "Patocco" (signposts are on the left side before the turn, a very sharp entrance when you go out of the valley). Follow the road uphill for 4.6km, through the tunnels, past Chiout Micheli to Patocco. There is a large parking lot, which is often very crowded in summer, because it is a very nice starting point for hiking. For the transfer of the vehicle you have to calculate about 20min-30min.

From the parking lot go rather in the direction of the entrance to the village until you find the well signposted beginning of path 620. Follow the red arrows through the houses. From the parking lot you stay on the well-marked path 620 for about 35 min. You can see partly already into the canyon of Sbrici. You come to a very well signposted turnoff (at the picnic area with a wooden table). Here you turn right onto path 621. The path is initially still well marked, but in 2021 there was a strong windthrow here and so many trees were lying across the path during our walk. Partially, the path has also slipped and you have to cross a few adventurous gravel crossings. Especially when you approach the entry of the Rio Sbrici, the path becomes more adventurous and the whole slope is extremely vulnerable to falling rocks. The whole thing is exacerbated by the fact that there are many ibexes and chamois in the area, which also repeatedly loosen stones above you. However, after another 20 mins one is at the entry of the Sbrici. After crossing the Sbrici we cross 1 more side creek, and after 15 mins we reach the Rio Valisete

The tour starts away vertical, 35m 1 bolt with ring on a boulder in de middle of the stream 25m Right 1 bolt with ring side of the creek, exposed good to use a tree as a mc line down climb 150m 20m bolt left abseil to the next bolt 15m bolt left 20m bolt left 100m downclimb 15m bolt left with fossils on the right side 8m bolt right and then we reach the confluence with rio sibrici after a couple waterfalls, we can use a hiking path on the right to Patocco if we use 1 car, or we keep going to Chiout Cali 60 mins longer in the canyon

Option 1 with one car, when we reach the walking path after a couple waterfalls we use on the right bank a walking path back to Patocco (20mins) Option 2 at the end of Sbrici after the touristic 40m waterfall, we use the walking path on the left bank in the direction of Chiout Cali
