In Aosta fahren Sie auf der Nationalstraße in Richtung Mont-Blanc-Tunnel. Mallaley mündet in die Dora Baltée. Am Zusammenfluss nehmen Sie den Weg, der entlang der Dora flussabwärts führt. In the village, turn left towards La Cure (signpost no. 15), the tarmac road becomes a tractor track. After about twenty minutes, turn left towards Chiséraz to find the start of the canyon. All in all, allow just under an hour.

Es gibt keinen ausgewiesenen Fluchtweg durch die Schlucht, aber man kann jederzeit das Flussbett verlassen und sich außerhalb der Hochwasserzone in Sicherheit bringen. Die Strömung ist nicht sehr stark, reicht aber in Zeiten mit niedrigem Wasserstand aus. Die Abfahrt ist von Mai bis September möglich.

There is no designated escape route through the canyon, but you can leave the riverbed at any time and get to safety outside the flood zone. The current is not very strong, but is sufficient at times when the water level is low. The descent is possible from May to September.
