Summary:
The first abseil leads from the railing of a rather ageing bridge straight down into the first pool, which is filled with green water. It cannot be climbed round.
Access:
Starting in Petrer, we’ll take the road to Agost and follow the signs for Raco Bello, where we’ll park
Approach (10 min):
Below the car park, follow the small valley to a bridge with an iron railing.
Tour (30 min):
Just two abseils. On the first one, there’s usually a pool of dirty water that comes up to your neck, and there’s no way round it – bear that in mind. Further on, there are handrails to help you avoid them.
Return (30 min):
When you come to an open space, there’s a path to the right; otherwise, further down you’ll reach the road. In either case, turn right and you’ll reach the picnic area
