Parking au niveau de la tombe située en haut de la piste bétonnée qui monte au dessus de Canavaggia. Impossible d'aller plus loin avec notre voiture basse. Nous avons effectué l'enchaînement Carcheto Vadone décrit dans le topo de F. Jordan ce qui évite la navette et la partie finale de Vadone qui est horrible. Approche en 1 h 30. Prendre ABSOLUMENT un pantalon long, sinon, c'est l'enfer. Départ de Carcheto à l'altitude 730. C'est très beau. Des rappels sympas avec de belles marmites où l'on peut parfois sauter. On arrive au pont génois et on enchaine avec Vadone. Sortie RD au sommet de la C40. Au total, 2 h de descente. Grosse galère pour remonter jusqu'au chemin pavé. Là aussi, le pantalon est très appréciable. Retour jusqu'à la voiture en 1 h 40. Au total, ça fait beaucoup de marche pour assez peu de canyon. On a nettement préféré la partie Carcheto.
