très beau parcours ne pas s'éterniser à prendre le raccourcis après le coral mais suivre le chemin jusqu'au croisement et début de canyon. L' os cochas, pas de difficultés bien vérifier l'état de la cordelette du premier rappel de 25m le reste c'est ok ,un peu longué en revanche dans le Mascun avec passage délicat sans eau la remontée sur corde s'impose à deux avec courte échelle sur une marmite sèche au deux tiers du mascun, au delà du beso encore de gros blocs et final tranquille jusqu'a Rodellar plutôt 11heures quand on a plus de 60 ans
