Von Garmisch-Partenkirchen aus auf der B 23 Richtung Ehrwald. 2,3 km km nach dem Bahnübergang überquert die Straße die Loisach. Unmittelbar hinter der Brücke rechts den Parkplatz anfahren und hier das Auto abstellen.

From Garmisch-Partenkirchen on the B 23 towards Ehrwald. 2.3 km after the railroad crossing, the road crosses the Loisach. Immediately after the bridge, turn right into the parking lot and leave your car here.

Oberhalb des Parkplatzes befindet sich eine weitere kleine Abstellfläche direkt vor dem Bahndamm. Hier vorsichtig die Gleise überschreiten und steil durch den Wald zu einer Forststraße hinaufsteigen. Der Schotterstraße nach links folgen. Bald biegen rechts v-förmig zwei Waldwege ab. Wir nehmen den linken (es ist auch der Rückweg). Er führt geradeaus durch den Wald aufwärts und erreicht ein kleines ausgelichtetes Waldstück. Hier zweigt - noch vor der Holzlege am Wegrand zur Linken (2017) - rechts ein ganz unscheinbarer Pfad vom Weg ab und windet sich sodann den steilen Hang hinauf. Später in flacher werdendem Gelände, nahe der Schlucht, fällt der Blick auf einen Wasserfall und bald darauf mündet der Pfad in einen Grasweg ein, der links zum Einstieg führt.

Above the parking lot, there is another small parking area directly in front of the railroad embankment. Carefully cross the tracks here and climb steeply up through the forest to a forest road. Follow the gravel road to the left. Two forest paths soon turn off to the right in a V-shape. Take the one on the left (this is also the way back). It leads straight on uphill through the forest and reaches a small, thinned-out section of forest. Here - before the wood pile on the edge of the path to the left (2017) - an inconspicuous path branches off to the right and then winds its way up the steep slope. Later, in flatter terrain, near the canyon, the view falls on a waterfall and soon afterwards the path joins a grassy path that leads to the entry on the left.

Abfolge von Abseilern - in aller Regel von Bäumen - in offenem Gelände. Der hohe Wasserfall (48m) wird über einen Zwischenstand abgeseilt (17m/30m). Der Haken hätte links an der Kante sein müssen - wir haben ihn jedoch nicht gesehen (2017). Stattdesse dann nach rechts in die Rinne abgeseilt (2x30m Seil reichen - knapp) und hier von umgestürzten Baum gar hinunter.

The anchor should have been on the left of the edge - but we didn't see it (2017). Instead, we rappel to the right into the chute (2x30m ropes are enough - barely) and then down from a fallen tree.

Am Ende der Klamm, links am Fuß einer Felswand entlang, führt ein Trampelpfad zurück auf den Anmarschweg.

At the exit of the gorge, to the left along the foot of a rock face, a trail leads back to the approach path.
