Nach einem gut zweistündigen Aufstieg erreicht man vor Beginn des Abstiegs eine Höhe von 1150 Metern und steigt dann zum Flussbett auf 1060 Metern hinab. Das Eingangsamphitheater ist von erhabener Schönheit. Man folgt dem Pfad auf dem Tabacco bis zur Casera Avedinon und hält sich von dort links, leicht bergauf. An der Weggabelung biegt man rechts um 120° ab (Vorsicht, Steinschlaggefahr!) und folgt dem Pfad bis auf etwa 1150 Meter. Einem schwach erkennbaren Pfad nahe der Ruinen der Casera folgend, steigt man langsam ab, bis man das Amphitheater der beiden Quellen unterhalb des Dou-Kamms erreicht. Der Einstieg ist auf etwa 900 Metern möglich, führt aber über Felsvorsprünge, die teilweise recht exponiert und bewachsen sind.

After a good two-hour ascent, you reach an altitude of 1150 meters before beginning the descent and then descend to the riverbed at 1060 meters. The entrance amphitheater is of sublime beauty. Follow the path on the Tabacco as far as the Casera Avedinon and from there keep left, slightly uphill. At the fork in the path, turn right at 120° (be careful, danger of falling rocks!) and follow the path up to about 1150 meters. Following a faintly recognizable path near the ruins of the Casera, descend slowly until you reach the amphitheatre of the two springs below the Dou ridge. Entry is possible at about 900 meters, but leads over rocky ledges, some of which are quite exposed and overgrown.

Im unteren Teil fließt immer Wasser, während im oberen Teil nur zu Beginn der Saison eine gute Strömung herrscht.
