Access:

Approach ():
The route starts from the Bañoas area.
Tour ():
An easy descent that runs through a narrow gorge, although there are escape routes along most of the route. The descent begins via a stone staircase next to the wall of the picnic area by the natural pool, or via a tree closer to the bridge. We cross a second bridge, and after passing through a 50-metre-long square culvert (underneath the new road), we find ourselves at a small pool. Continue scrambling down until you reach the 15-metre abseil (left); carry on scrambling and making a few jumps until you reach the third 5-metre abseil. Continue scrambling down until you reach the ‘Charco de los Tres Alisos’ to arrive at an old mill. Continue the descent until you come to two very dark pools and a restored old mill, where the descent ends.
Return (15 min):
Take the path that starts next to the mill and leads straight up to the village, then wander around until you reach the bathing area.
