Die Autobahn A 10 (Genua - Ventimiglia) bei der Ausfahrt Imperia - Ost ("Imperia-Est") verlassen und auf der SS 28 nordwärts fahren Richtung Pieve di Teco (Colle di Nava; Turino). Nach gut 23 km erreichen wir Pieve di Teco und biegen 2 km nach der Ortschaft von der SS 28 links ab auf die Provinzstraße in Richtung Mendatica/Monesi. Nach weiteren 2,5 km (ab Abzweigung) führt uns die Straße über den Fluss Aroscia (direkt nach der Brücke links guter Parkplatz für Wohnmobil). Nach einem weiteren Kilometer fahren wir in die Ortschaft Ponti di Parnassio hinein. Gleich zu Beginn finden sich links der Straße Parkplätze, wo wir das Auto abstellen können. Wenn man aus dem Bereich Genua auf der A 10 anfährt, biegt man bei der Ausfahrt "Albenga" rechts ab auf die SS 582 Richtung Albenga und unmittelbar danach noch einmal rechts ab auf die SS 453. Nach rund 26 km erreichen wir Pieve di Teco. Weiter dann wie oben. In den angegebenen Fundstellen ist ein anderer Parkplatz vorgeschlagen und entsprechend ein Zustieg von Anfang an auf der orograf. linken Seite des Rio S.L. Wir können auch in der Mitte der Ortschaft parken, haben hier dann aber ein Problem mit dem An- und Ausziehen der Neos.

Leave the A 10 highway (Genoa - Ventimiglia) at the Imperia - Ost ("Imperia-Est") exit and head north on the SS 28 towards Pieve di Teco (Colle di Nava; Turino). After a good 23 km we reach Pieve di Teco and 2 km after the village we turn left off the SS 28 onto the provincial road towards Mendatica/Monesi. After a further 2.5 km (from the junction), the road takes us over the River Aroscia (immediately after the bridge on the left is a good parking area for motorhomes). After another kilometer, we enter the village of Ponti di Parnassio. Right at the start, there are parking spaces to the left of the road where we can leave the car. If you are coming from the Genoa area on the A 10, turn right at the "Albenga" exit onto the SS 582 towards Albenga and then immediately turn right again onto the SS 453. After around 26 km, you will reach Pieve di Teco. Continue as above. In the indicated locations another parking lot is suggested and accordingly an access from the beginning on the orographic left side of the Rio S.L. We can also park in the middle of the village, but then we have a problem with putting on and taking off the Neos.

Wir folgen der Straße weiter - rechts führt eine Abzweigung über den Rio Aroscia in die historische Altstadt - und biegen dann bei der nächsten Straße links hinauf ab. Unter einigen Bögen durch geht es zu den letzten Häusern, wo die Straße zur Piste wird, der wir bis zur Brücke über "unseren" Bach folgen (Hier kann man den Wasserdurchsatz prüfen). Unter dem Vorbau einer Kapelle geht es hindurch und weiter bergauf. Nachdem der Forstweg wieder auf den Bach zugelaufen ist, macht er eine Rechtskurve und kurz danach geht es den Pfad links hinunter zum Bach. Er ist mit Markierungen von "Procanyon" (blaue Punkte auf weißem Rechteck) versehen.

We continue to follow the road - on the right there is a turnoff over the Rio Aroscia into the historic old town - and then turn left up the next street. Passing under some arches, we reach the last houses, where the road becomes a dirt road that we follow until we reach the bridge over "our" stream (Here you can check the water flow). We pass under the porch of a chapel and continue uphill. After the forestry road has returned to the stream, it makes a right turn and shortly after, the path goes down to the left to the stream. It is marked with "Procanyon" markings (blue dots on white rectangle).

An der Wasserableitung rechts hinaus, abwärts bis zur Brücke und von hier auf dem Zustiegsweg zurück in's Dorf. Wenn man auf dem alternativen Parkplatz das Auto sten hat, im Bach weiter hinunter bis fast zur Straße.

Turn right at the water drainage, downhill to the bridge and from here on the access path back to the village. Once you have parked your car in the alternative parking lot, continue down the stream almost to the road.
