We drive to Anfo on Lago d'Idro and park our car for the exit in the square in front of the church. With the second car we drive north on the main road SS237 - Via Roma - for about 350m towards Storo and then turn left on Via S. Petronilla towards Passo Maniva. We go up 2 switchbacks, then go through another right turn and then park our car near the church Chiesa di Santa Petronilla (cf. sketch at http://www.canyoning.it/procanyon/re.htm ).

Now we take the footpath that begins in the next left turn. After about 50m we keep to the right and quickly come to a concrete footbridge. If we only have 1 car available, we can also head for the entry from Anfo on this path, cf. http://www.canyoning.it/procanyon/re/PlanimetriaRe.pdf

We enter a little above the concrete path. 4 rappels; on the first (15m) it is recommended to use a redirection. Also at the 3rd rappel a redirection is recommended. Soon after the 4th rappel we reach the first houses of Anfo. Almost in the center, we get off at the last larger pool before the beginning of the riverbed construction on the righthand side.
