As there are problems with parking in Gavarnie (overcrowding), we drive up on the D923 towards les Espécières and park our car in the Grange de Holle parking lot below the Refuge.\n\nAlso a conversion with access from the exit of the D923, Col de Tentes (2207m alt.) is possible.
