Von dem Bauernhof steigen wir auf undeutlichen Spuren in westlicher Richtung die Wiese aufwärts und kommen bei einem metallenen Zaunüberstieg in den Wald. Wir folgen dem nunmehr deutlichen Weg (rot-weiße Markierung), queren eine steil zur Schlucht abfallende Bergflanke und stehen dann im Bachbett.
Will man auch den oberen Abschnitt des Tenasses begehen, geht man am anderen Bachufer dem Bach Bach aufwärts, quert einen Seitengraben, hält danach scharf rechts und erreicht auf dem Pfad den Tenasses in 1500m Höhe.
From the farm, we climb up the meadow in a westerly direction on indistinct tracks and enter the forest at a metal fence crossing. We follow the now clear path (red and white markings), cross a steep mountain flank sloping down to the canyon and then stand in the streambed.
If you also want to walk the upper part of the Tenasses, follow the stream up the other bank, cross a side ditch, then keep sharp right and follow the path to the Tenasses at 1500m.
