Auf der parallel zur Autobahn verlaufenden N 532 von Grenoble in Richtung Romans-sur-Isere bis Rovon. Hier links und auf der D 35 über St. Gervais hoch in Richtung Rencurel. Der Canyon des Ecouges ist ebenfalls ausgeschildert. Die Straße führt zuerst durch lichten Wald hoch und überquert schließlich unseren Bach auf einer Brücke unterhalb des 65-m-Falls. Hier das Auto parken.

Take the N 532 running parallel to the highway from Grenoble in the direction of Romans-sur-Isere to Rovon. Turn left here and take the D 35 via St. Gervais up towards Rencurel. The Canyon des Ecouges is also signposted. The road first leads up through sparse forest and finally crosses our stream on a bridge below the 65-meter drop. Park the car here.

Nach der C 13 und dem anschließenden Gumpen führt links hinaus ein Pfad (Schild im Bachbett), der in 45 Min. hinabführen würde nach Le Rez. Diesen Ausstieg, der eine lange Autoumsetzung fordern würde, nehmen wir aber nicht, sondern gehen im Bachbett noch etwa 70 m weiter. Dort kommt rechterhand ein (meist trockener) Seitenbach im Geröll herab. Wir gehen nun im Seitenbach oder besser noch über die auf dessen orograf. rechter Seite gelegenen Grasflächen steil aufwärts, bis wir auf einen Pfad stoßen. Dieser führt in Serpentinen aufwärts zu einer Piste, die wir weiter hinauf gehen (ca. 5 Min.)bis zur Teerstraße. Auf dieser nach rechts kommen wir nach etwa 400 m zum Auto zurück.

After the C 13 and the adjoining pool, a path leads out to the left (signs in the streambed), which would lead down to Le Rez in 45 minutes. However, we do not take this exit, which would require a long shuttle, but continue along the streambed for about 70 meters. There, a (mostly dry) side stream descends in the scree on the righthand side. We now walk steeply uphill in the side stream, or better still across the grassy areas on its orographic right-hand side, until we come to a path. This leads in serpentines up to a slope, which we continue up (approx. 5 min.) until we reach the tarred road. Follow this road to the right for about 400 m back to the car.
