Wir verlassen die A64 - La Pyrénéenne - bei Lannemezan und fahren auf der D929 südwärts nach Arreau und weiter nach St.-Lary-Soulan. Dann nehmen wir Kurs auf den Tunnel von Bielsa. 1,3 km nach dem Weiler Aragnuet und unmittelbar nach den Häusern von Chaubère (rechts der Straße) kommen wir zur Brücke über die Neste de Saux. Nach der Brücke können wir links der Straße unser Auto für den Ausstieg abstellen. Wir fahren dann mit dem zweiten Auto weiter und sehen rechts unten auf der Wiese die Chapelle des Templiers liegen. Dann steigt die Straße in Serpentinen an. 2,6 km nach der Brücke über die Neste de Saux biegen wir links ab und parken unser Auto für den Zustieg bei dem Häuschen. Etwas oberhalb sehen wir rechts der Straße die alte Grenzstation auf der französischen Seite.
We leave the A64 - La Pyrénéenne - at Lannemezan and head south on the D929 to Arreau and on to St.-Lary-Soulan. We then head towards the Bielsa tunnel. 1.3 km after the hamlet of Aragnuet and immediately after the houses of Chaubère (on the right of the road), we come to the bridge over the Neste de Saux. After the bridge, we can park our car on the left of the road for the exit. We then continue in the second car and see the Chapelle des Templiers on the meadows below on the right. The road then climbs in serpentines. 2.6 km after the bridge over the Neste de Saux, we turn left and park our car for access at the little house. A little above, we can see the old border station on the French side to the right of the road.
