Park your car in the free parking area in front of 'Grotto al Ceneri Monte'. From here, you can either walk down to the cable car station or set up a shuttle by leaving a second car at the 'Monte Tamaro Cable Car' parking lot (paid parking).

Take the cable car up to the top station. Go up behind the station, walking alongside the alpine coaster, until you reach the 1,576-meter pass. Enter the valley by following the dirt road on a gentle descent. At the hairpin bend, a path starts entering into the valley until it reaches the stream.

Once you reach the Trodo stream, continue along the stream bed for about 1 km to reach the start of the Upper Trodo gorge. Go through the entire gorge until you meet the return path on the right, near the wall that marks the beginning of the Lower Trodo. Initially, the path climbs steeply, then traverses and descends back to the car.

Sobald Sie den Trodo-Bach erreichen, folgen Sie dem Bachbett etwa 1 km lang, bis Sie den Beginn der oberen Trodo-Schlucht erreichen. It's better to hike this stream during a rainy period, but consider that once entering the upper Trodo, a high water flow could be challenging.
